Hello, welcome to part six or step six of the sales management planning process. I have to admit that I just forgot to mention about this section in the previous video. So here we go, we're just going to talk about it now. So basically once we already do all the planning, all the thinking, this is where we're going to carry on the action. And then once we carry on the action, we evaluate, we see how the action, you know, go. So we give some feedback and improve it for the next time. So basically... this one is mean implement and evaluate the plan so just now step one to step five you have you have been thinking and planning on what to do and how to do it so this is where you actually go and then carry on the action or act carry on your action and as well as execute your plan okay so once you execute your plan you should do some type of survey or follow up to do you know to come up with some feedback on how you're gonna make it better okay so once you know how to make it better this might be able to improve your overall process in the future. So I want to mention that this is like a, you know, so from step one to step five is more like plan, action, observe and reflect. So we keep doing this over and over again on how to make it, you know, how we're going to make our action better for the future. So in short, step six is mean, you know, carry on our plan, carry on our action and see the feedback and the outcome of the action and then rethink of how to make it better next time. Thank you.
