Accessing OnePass

Registration Process

1. Initial Information: First name, last name, date of birth, email
2. Unique Identifier: UHC Member ID
   • UHC Member ID for UHC members
   • Columbia UNI in all caps for non-UHC members
3. Password Creation: Requirements include an uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol
4. Two-Factor Authentication: Choose to receive codes via text, call, or email

Logging In

• Future Visits: Log in with email and password
• Forgot Password: Link to reset password; an email is sent for confirmation

OnePass Membership

• Navigation: Click OnePass tab in Rally experience
