Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining the OnePass forum today. Today we have Bailey from Optum who will be taking you through the information on how to enroll for OnePass. Bailey, whenever you're ready. Awesome. Thanks so much, Angela.
I appreciate it, and thank you so much for having me today. I'm very excited to be providing you with additional information about OnePass, which is now available to you. We have several slides that we're going to be going through, what it's going to look like to register, how to access the OnePass benefits, and what you need to do if you have any questions or issues with OnePass. So with that, Bridget, if we can go to the next slide, we're going to start with accessing OnePass.
So to access OnePass, you're going to visit the direct registration URL that's on the screen. Once you go there, it's going to look like the screenshot that we have displayed here. And as you can see, there's some reference to Rally on the direct registration URL.
And that is because OnePass is built on the Rally platform. So you're still in the right spot. If you are visiting Rally for the very first time, you are going to click in the left-hand box the sign up for Rally. You're going to have to register.
If you're a returning user, you can actually log in via the box on the right-hand side, or it says log in to Rally, with the email and the password that you created during registration. And the next slide we'll go into, we're going to start by talking about what it looks like to register. So if you're going to Rally for the first time. So let's go ahead and go on to the next screen, Bridget, please. All right, so if you're accessing OnePass or Rally for the very first time, you are going to have to register, like I mentioned.
And the screenshot on the left-hand side are the first basics that you're going to have to provide. So you'll have to provide that first name, last name, your date of birth, and your email. And then it's going to, when you click continue, it's going to bring you to another screen where now it's going to ask you to provide what we call your unique identifier.
And for the majority of you, it's going to be that UHC member ID. So you can see in the top of that line, it says UHC member ID. You'll be able to just click your mouse right there and then type in that UHC member ID.
And if you notice right below that, we do have some helper text that just provides you a little bit more information. So again, those UHC members, you're going to want to enter that UHC member ID. If you're not a UHC member, you're going to enter that Columbia.
UNI and that and you must enter that UNI in all caps. So since it is an alphanumeric ID, you're going to have to put that in all caps. So you'll provide that unique identifier.
And then Bridget, if we can go to the next screen, now you're going to, yep. And I think I just saw a question come up. UHC, yes, that's UnitedHealthcare. Once you get to this next screen, you're going to create a password.
So we do have in the screenshot, there are some requirements of what all needs to be included in that password. So the number of characters, it needs to include an upper and a lower case, a number, and then a symbol. And the little radio dials will highlight in green that you've done all those things. And then once you've created that password, you're going to click that box where you agree to the terms of service.
And then you're going to click continue. So go ahead to the next screen, please, Bridget. And now, again, if you are registering for the first time, you're going to have to set up what we call a two-factor authentication. And a two-factor authentication is just something that Rally does to ensure that your information is secure.
So you are going to be able to pick how you want to receive your security code. And this happens. in the case that you are trying to log into Rally from a different device.
So say, for instance, I register and set up Rally on my desktop computer, and then I go back later on my tablet or my cell phone and I try accessing Rally in OnePass. Until that device is considered a recognized device, I'm going to get a two-factor authentication where it's going to send me a code I have to provide that code so that Rally knows that it's me and it's not somebody that's trying to get into my system. And then once that device is recognized, I won't have to provide a code every time that I have to try or that I try to log in.
So you'll be able to select how you want to receive that code, text message, call, or an email. And then again, if you're logging in from a new device that you've never logged into Rally or OnePass from, you'll get prompted to provide that code. just like it shows on that screenshot on the right-hand side of the screen.
You'll plug in that code, and then you'll click continue, and then you'll get into the experience. All right, Bridget, we'll go on to the next screen, please. All right, so once your two-factor authentication is complete, any future visits, you're going to be able to just log in with your email and password.
So this is the login screen where you'll provide that email and password. You'll click login. If you happen to forget your password, which I know we all have a lot of passwords to try to remember. We do have the link at the very bottom to where you can click that forgot password and have that password resent.
All right, next slide. Perfect. So, again, just kind of going back to what that main screen was when we first go to the direct registration URL.
If you're, again, you've already registered and you're just coming back to log in, you would click that log in to rally in that tile over on the right-hand side. And then this would be the screen again where we would provide that email and that password and click login. All right.
And we'll go ahead and go to the next slide. Perfect. And then this was just showing again that if you forgot your password and you click forgot password, you'll be able to provide that email and then click continue.
Perfect. And then this is what the. the email is going to look like if you forgot that password. So again, you'll get that notification that they're going to send that email to the email that you provided.
If you need any further assistance, we do have the customer service phone number pop up there. But over on the right hand side, that's what the email is going to look like if you need to reset your password. You'll get a little link and you'll be able to click that reset my password box. Perfect. So again, if you don't receive an email after selecting forgot password, you may have used a different email if you had previously set up a Rally account.
So in that event, you can contact OnePass customer support. Our OnePass customer support team can answer any and all questions related to OnePass, whether it's having issues with registering or logging in. Or once you get logged in, if you have any questions about logging in, you can contact OnePass customer support. The gyms or the online fitness or the home delivery, anything and everything OnePass, our OnePass customer support team is going to be able to help with that. The phone number is listed on the screen here, as well as our hours of operation.
So our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. And that's Central Standard Time, and they are closed on the weekends.
All right. So once you get into the Rally Experience, so you've registered and or logged in, you're going to land in the Home tab of the Rally Experience. And you're going to click over to that OnePass tab on the top navigation bar.
So highlighted in yellow is the OnePass tab on the top. So you'll have to click over to that. And then we'll go ahead and go to the next screen, Bridget. And then once you.
click the OnePass tab for the very first time, so you've never visited the OnePass tab before, the first thing that you're going to need to do is select a OnePass membership. So in the screenshot that we have on the slide here, you can see the five different membership tiers that you are going to have available to you that you can select from. So we have digital, classic, standard, premium, and elite.
And on the tile, it indicates to you the cost of that membership per month, the one-time enrollment fee, and then all of the features that are included in that membership tier. So with our digital tier, you're going to get access to just our online fitness partners. And we have about 20 online fitness partners, and we're continuing to add to that list every day. So you'll have access to just the online fitness partners. With our classic through our elite tiers, you can see underneath the little blue box in the center of the tile, you're going to have access to in-person gyms.
And you'll notice that in the classic tier, it's 10,000 fitness locations. And then it continues to go up as you go up in each tier. And that's because with each increase, you're going to get access to more premium and boutique locations.
Additionally, the classic through elite tiers also have online fitness. So you'll have access to all the online fitness partners that you would have in the digital tier. And you're going to have access to our grocery delivery or home delivery partners as well.
So with that being said, I know a lot of individuals are very excited about what gyms, in-person gyms, are available in your zip code area. So you can actually see what gyms are included in each tier prior to making your selection. So you can see at the bottom of the screenshot, if you click find gyms near you, that's going to bring you down a little bit further in the page where you can actually search for what gyms are in your zip code area. So Bridget will go to the next slide.
So with the OnePass, you'll be able, like I said, to see what gyms are located in your zip code area. So this is on that same page. So just above are the different membership tiers.
And then just below it is this map. So you're going to be able to provide your zip code. Or if there's a particular gym name that you're really curious about, you can actually search by that gym name as well.
But you'll provide that zip code. You're going to click search. And that search automatically populates to a 10-mile radius. You can change that.
So you can go down as far as 5 and up to as far as 40. And then a map is going to populate. So you can see on the map, we have little indicators of where all those gyms are. And then next to the map are the associated gym tiles.
So on the gym tile, we have the name of the gym. We have the address of the gym. And then most importantly, if you see in the middle of that tile, there's a, it says starts in classic tier where it's highlighted in orange or a little bit further down, we have starts in standard tier highlighted in green. That is indicating to you what membership tier that gym starts in. So as an example with Excel Fitness, that starts in the classic tier and it's included in all the tiers above.
We go down to Green Lotus, that starts in the standard tier, and it's included in all the tiers above. So you'll be able to determine, based on if there are certain gyms that you want to go to, which membership tier makes the most sense for you. Now, with that being said, there is reciprocity with OnePass as well. So I can go to as many of these gyms as I want to.
I don't have to just select one. I can go to as many gyms that are... in the membership tier that I select as I want to. So if I select the classic tier, I can go to Excel Fitness in the morning and I can go to the Anytime Fitness in the afternoon if I want.
Additionally, with OnePass, you're going to receive access to the standard or basic membership at our participating facilities. So typically, the standard or basic membership is going to include access to the locker rooms, access to the fitness floor, so the cardio and the strength equipment. And typically, it's going to include some, if not all, of the classes.
Now, with that being said, if you click in the tile, the details drop down, you're going to see the phone number for that gym partner as well. You can call the gym. ahead of, again, selecting a membership tier and confirm with them specifically what is included in their standard or basic membership. So I can call Excel Fitness and I can let them know I'm a newly eligible OnePass member. What am I going to have access to specifically at your location with OnePass?
And they'll be able to provide you or educate you with that information. Now, we do have some partners that are considered more accessible. non-traditional.
They're more of a class-based facility. So think of like your Pure Bars and your Orange Theories. With those types of locations, you're going to have access to a certain number of classes per month at those locations. Again, those types of details are included.
If you click the little drop down where it says details, we will communicate to you. In the case of Orange Theory, you're going to get eight classes per month at Orange Theory. In the case of Pure Bar, you're going to get four classes per month at Pure Bar. All that information is going to be in the drop down in the details for you.
And again, if you ever have questions, you can always call that location and confirm with them before you make your selection. All right, Bridget, we'll go on to the next slide, please. Perfect.
All right. So whenever I am ready to make my selection, when I'm ready to pay for the membership tier that is best for me. I'm going to click the blue box that's in the center of each tile.
So if I'm going to go with a classic tier, I'm going to click that select classic, and then it's going to bring me to the next screen. And on this screen, this is where I'm going to be entering my payment information. So the screenshot on the right-hand side of the screen is what it's going to look like when you are entering that payment information.
Now, the one thing that I want to call out that's really important is you'll see in that tile box that's to the left of all the credit card payment information, it says important one-pass subscription terms. So highlighted in blue, that's a link where you can read our full one-pass subscription information. terms.
But we do call out two very important things that people need to know about OnePass, and that's billing and that's cancellation. So first, with billing, membership is instant, and you will be charged for the full current calendar month on the day that you sign up. OnePass does not offer proration. And then you are going to be charged on the first of each month thereafter. So meaning if I sign up for OnePass on July 20th, I'm going to get charged for the whole month of July, and then I'm going to get charged again on August 1st.
So again, to get the most out of the first month, you're going to want to sign up at the beginning of the month if possible for OnePass. Additionally, the second piece is cancellation. So you can cancel OnePass at any time, but in order to not be charged again, you need to cancel at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date. So again, if I decide on July 20th that I want to cancel my OnePass, that's not 30 days in advance of my next billing date, which is August 1st.
So I'm going to get charged again on August 1st. I'm going to have access to OnePass through the end of August. at which point then my membership will cancel and I will receive a cancellation email.
So two of the most important things about OnePass, that billing and that cancellation. And again, you can read that full subscription terms if you would like. And then again, you'll start providing all that credit card information.
At the top, you'll see too which credit cards are all accepted. All right, so we'll go ahead and go on to the next slide. Perfect.
So once membership is purchased and you click submit and provide all that credit card information, you're going to be directed to the OnePass portal dashboard where you can now start utilizing OnePass. Super exciting. So with that being said, a couple of things that I want to call out. So this is what the dashboard in the screenshot looks like. I like to consider the dashboard.
It's kind of like a teaser page. So it's giving you little snippets of information that if you click links, it's going to bring you to the page where you get the full information. So we'll kind of I'll start talking about the screenshot here from the top and kind of work my way down a little bit. So you'll notice it'll say welcome and then it'll say your name.
So that's our test user. But right underneath that, you'll see there's a blue link and it says manage membership. We're going to get into that in a little bit.
But that. you would be able to click that link. And that's where you would be able to change your credit card information, cancel your OnePass, change your membership tier, add family or friends, so on and so forth. If we move down on the page, that tile that's on the furthest left center of the page, you see it says member code. So you're going, once you purchase your OnePass membership tier, you are going to be signed a OnePass.
member code. That OnePass member code starts with the letter B and it's followed by nine numerical digits. And that code is unique to you.
Nobody else has that code. With that being said, if you see in the center of that box, it says how to use your code. You can click that link and then a little pop-up is going to appear and it's going to tell you specifically about how you need to use that code.
That code is like your golden ticket, right? So you need to provide that to any of the gyms that you want to take advantage of. You need to register with that code with online fitness and grocery if you want to take advantage of that. That's essentially what's getting you in at no cost.
So you're going to have to provide that code. With that being said, we do not mail a physical card with your code on it. But you'll see below it says it gives you the option. You can print your code or copy your code. So you can do that.
You can also take a screenshot of that code on your phone and bring it with you to the gym. You can write it down on a sticky note and bring it with you or have it in a billfold or your purse. So you just have to make sure that you have that code available. So if we go to the right of the OnePass code, you'll see that we have a little tile that says sign up, sign your family up for OnePass.
If you click that add a member, that's going to bring us to the page where we're going to be able to do that family membership, which we're going to talk about in just a little bit. And same with the home delivery to the right of that. That's where we'll go to the screen where it talks a little bit more about our home or grocery delivery. So if you click more. That's going to bring you to the home delivery tab that's up on the top.
And then at the center of the screen, we have the browse gyms near you. So that's where you're going to be able to provide your zip code. You'll click save and then you'll see some of the gyms that are in your location. To get that full listing, you'll click the fitness tab at the top of the screen. So Bridget, we'll go to the next slide, please.
Thank you. So we're going to start out with the fitness. tabs. You'll notice in the screenshot on the left, so we've clicked away from the dashboard.
Now we're in the fitness tab. This is what it looks like. So within the fitness tab, we have two sub tabs.
So we have the fine gyms, which is your in-person gyms, or we have online fitness. So this is what it looks like for the classic through the elite tiers. If you choose to only do the digital only. membership tier, you're not going to see anything about home delivery or the in-person gyms.
You will literally just see our online fitness partners. So for this example, it's someone that has the classic tier. So again, you'll see that our OnePass member code is consistently across the top of every screen that we go to. So we'll be able to see what that code is. Again, we have another link at the top there that says how to use your code.
If you need to click that again and be reminded of how to use your code. And then we also have a link to print the code if you'd like. So again, we'd be able to provide our zip code, click save.
And then once we do that, the screen looks very similar, the screenshot on the right, to when we were looking to determine what membership tier we were going to go with and we were searching for gyms. It's that same kind of gym search that we'll see. So with that being said, that search.
automatically populates, like I said before, to a 10 mile radius. We can adjust that to five or all the way up to 40, but we also have a couple of different filtering capabilities in this version as well. So you'll see that we have class type, and then we also have feature.
So if you want to filter your search of gym partners that offer certain types of classes, or they have certain features like pools or something like that, you can do that. And then Yeah. over just above the map, you'll notice that there's an address there.
It says Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and then there's a blue hyperlink button that says change. So you can click that and you can change your zip code. So say for instance, I'm located in Minnesota.
I'm visiting family that's down in Texas. I can change my zip code to the zip code of the family that I'm staying with to see what gems are in the network in their zip code area. so that I can take advantage of some of those gyms while I'm traveling.
You're able to do that. Most important thing, again, just like we said before, if you're traveling and you want to take advantage of gyms, you still have to go into those gyms, provide them with your OnePass member code so that they can register you and add that code to your profile in their system so that you're not getting charged. So you always have to bring that code with you.
And then if you notice where it says 59 gym results in the center of that screenshot over on the right, just below it, I know it's kind of small. It says don't see your favorite gym, nominate it here. We do have a link for you to nominate it.
So if there's a particular gym that when you are looking at all the different membership tiers and you didn't see that gym, so maybe it's a new gym that just opened down the road or something like that, you can actually. nominate that gym to participate. By clicking that link, it's going to bring you to a Google Doc where you're going to be able to provide all that gym information, submit that, and then that gets to our team that does all of our recruitment. You can also call the OnePass customer service phone number and place that nomination over the phone with that customer service team as well.
And then again, the gym tiles look very similar. It includes the name of the gym, address, phone number. website if they've provided us with a website and then any special notes that you need to know about that gym partner.
All right, Bridget, we'll do the next slide here. Thank you. All right.
So from, again, the fitness tab, I probably talked through most of this. But again, you'll be able to click that find gyms, provide that zip code, the OnePass member code, again, located at the top. You can print that code if you'd like, and then you can change that filtering and update that zip code if you're traveling as well. So we'll do our next slide here.
Perfect. So online fitness. So this is the online fitness tab. So Again, if we look at that screenshot on the left-hand side of the screen, we've just moved the sub tab from the Find Gyms now over to the Online Fitness. And this is going to provide you with a list of all of our online fitness partners that we're working with.
So again, I think we're up to about 20 online fitness partners. You'll notice that that member code is at the top of the screen, so that B followed by nine digits. And again, we have the link to copy the code or the link to how to use your code. just as a refresher.
And then we do have a filtering based on class types. So if there are certain classes that you're looking for with our online fitness partners, maybe it's bar or yoga or strength, you can filter based on those class types as well. So you'll notice the tiles for online fitness partners look very similar to our physical in-person gym tiles, just a few different nuances.
So on the tile, it's going to tell you the name of that partner. It's going to tell you how many classes you'll have available to you. So like with Agebold, there's over 300 classes.
And then it has a brief description of what that online fitness partner offers. And then last but not least, you'll see at the bottom, it says on-demand live streaming. And there will be a check mark next to that if that partner offers that. So in the case of AARP and Agebold, they offer both on-demand and live streaming classes.
In the case of Daily Burn and Fitbit, they just offer on-demand classes. So it'll kind of tell you what type of classes you'll have access to. Now, again, with our online fitness, just like our in-person gyms, you can take advantage of as many of these online fitness partners as you want.
You can take advantage of all of them or one of them, whatever you'd like. To get the access to these partners at no cost, the very first time, you need to come through the OnePass experience. You need to log into Rally, come over to OnePass, and then you have to copy your code.
And then you'll click at the bottom of the tile, go to AgeBold, go to Daily Burn. And that's... going to bring you to that partner's OnePass registration page.
It's specific only for OnePass members. You cannot get to it if you went to their public site. You have to access it by coming through OnePass. So you click that go-to link, and then you're going to be brought, like I said, to that online fitness partner's OnePass specific registration page where you're going to go. Essentially register with that partner.
So you're going to provide your name and email, and then you're going to provide that code. And again, that code is going to give you that access at no cost. You'll create a password.
And then any subsequent visits after you've registered with Agebold or Daily Burn, you can just go directly to their public site and log in with the email and password that you created, or you can download their app and log in as well. So pretty simple. And then we'll go ahead and go on to the next slide, Bridget. The same goes for home delivery.
So home delivery works very similar. This is our home delivery page. So you'll see on the screenshot over at the top, we've worked our way from dashboard to fitness to now we're in the home delivery tab. So with the home delivery, again, your code's going to be at the top of the screen. You will have, or you can click the how to use your code.
But then on each tile, so currently we're partnered with Walmart Plus and Shipt. We have a brief description of what you'll have access to with Walmart Plus and Shipt. But again, you'll need to copy your code and then you'll click that Go to Walmart Plus or Go to Shipt.
And then you'll complete that registration with that partner providing your code. And then you'll get that access at no cost and any subsequent visits. Again, you can go directly to that home delivery partners. public URL or their app and log in with the email and the password that you created during registration. All right, Bridget, we'll go to the next slide, please.
All right, so a couple of additional details, just in case you're curious if anybody's new to Shipt or Walmart Plus. So with the Shipt benefit, OnePass membership includes grocery delivery membership with Shipt for unlimited free deliveries over $35, and members will get same-day delivery on grocery and household items. You'll receive that complimentary membership, so the annual membership cost of $99 is waived. OnePass members can use their Shipt. membership in a variety of retailers.
So when you go to SHIPT and provide that member code and then provide your address as part of that registration process, it'll pull up what retailers are all partnered with SHIPT in your specific area so that you know who you can access. And then if you have any questions or say, for instance, you're already a SHIPT user and you need to get that OnePass code added to your existing account. you'll be able to contact the specific shipped customer service at that number right there on the screen.
Same with Walmart Plus. So with Walmart Plus, members are going to get a complimentary Walmart Plus membership, including free shipping with no minimum order. You'll receive free grocery delivery with no item markups.
You'll have access to the standard Walmart Plus membership, extra services. may include additional fees that aren't included. And again, if you have any questions, they have their specific customer service phone number as well.
All right. So Bridget, we'll go on to the next screen, please. So moving on to family and friends membership. So again, this is really exciting, really fun to add family and friends to your membership. You're going to come back to the dashboard page, and we're going to click on that manage membership link that's right below your name towards the top.
And then once we click on it, this is the screen over on the left-hand side that you're going to see. So we'll talk about a couple of the items here, and then we'll dive into the family membership at the bottom there. But you'll notice at the top of the screen, again, we have that member code where you can print the code, copy the code, how to use your code.
And then in the next row, we have the membership tier. So it's telling me what membership tier I'm currently enrolled in, which is premium, my next payment, the dollar amount of that next payment, and then on the date of what that next payment is going to be. And you can see over where it says change membership, that's where I can click that and that's where I can change my membership.
So in this example, I'm enrolled in the premium membership. Say, for instance, I want to. change that membership to the elite membership. I can do that at any point.
So I can do that today if I want to. Once I click that change membership, it'll bring me back to the page where it shows the five different membership tiers. And then I would click elite. That change will not go into effect until the next billing date. So again, in my example, if I change that today, that will not go into effect until August 1st.
So on August 1st, I'll get access to all the gyms that are in the tier that I chose to change to. And then I'll get that, be charged that new tier rate. So it's always on the first of the month. And also just want to call out to change membership.
That's where you can also cancel your membership. So if I click that change membership, the next page that it brings me to, there'll be a little. link there too that you can cancel your membership and that's where you would do that as well. And then payment information.
So it's showing the card that I have on file. You see that little blue edit button. You can click that if you need to edit that credit card information.
If you want to see your invoices, so see how you've been getting charged the next row down, you can see the view invoices. And then last but not least is the family membership. So With that being said, you will be able to add up to four family members or friends. They have to be 18 years or older.
So we do have the age restriction of 18 years or older for family memberships. And if you want to add those family members or friends, you are going to be considered the primary account holder, meaning you are going to be in charge of adding those family members selecting their. memberships and your card that's on file is going to be the one that's going to get charged. So you're going to have to work it out with those family members or friends for them to pay you back their share of what their membership is.
Family members or friends do get a 10% discount, which is also really nice. And when I click the family member or add family member, the screenshot over on the right-hand side, that's what it's going to look like. So you'll add the first name, last name, date of birth, the relationship, and then the email of that family member. And then you're going to click continue.
And then, like I said, you're going to be able to choose their membership tier. It does not have to be the same membership tier that you're enrolled in. So say, for instance, I'm in the classic tier and I want to add my mom and she wants the premium tier. That's totally fine. So I would click the select and you can see at the top, it's got the 10% discount for those family members or friends.
You would click the select button for the one that your family member or friend would like. Then we'll go to the next slide. And then.
Over on the left-hand side, again, it's review and pay. So you'll see what that cost is going to be. You'll click add family member or friend, and then you're going to get a confirmation that that family member has been added. We'll go to the next slide. And then you can see now on the manage membership page, underneath the family membership at the bottom, all of the family members or friends that you start adding are going to display below.
So it'll have their name, their OnePass code, the membership tier that they're in, and you can see that you can edit that membership tier. So if they ever want to change, you can do that for them. But again, you're going to have to do it. They will not be able to do it themselves.
You have to do it for them. And then again, if you need to edit any of their other information or if you want to remove them as a family member or friend, you'll have that option to do that as well. So go to the next screen and then you can see again as you start to add more people, they'll just start to appear below that family membership section.
Perfect. And then from that family member or friend's perspective, this is going to be their experience. So you provided their email when you were adding them.
They are going to get an email. like the screenshot over on the left-hand side where it says welcome. So they're going to get an email and it's going to provide their OnePass member code. So since they're a family member or friend, their code is going to start with the letter F and it's going to be followed by nine numerical digits.
So it's directing them to copy the code that's in that email and then click the link below to get started. So they are going to have their own account. separate kind of experience from what you do going to the direct registration URL that we showed at the beginning of the call today.
They're going to have kind of a separate experience. So they're going to copy that code and then they're going to click the link to family OP experience. And then they're going to be brought to the screen that's in the center of the page here, the center screenshot, where it says welcome family member.
And then in that text box, they're going to paste their one passcode. They're going to click submit, and then it's going to bring them to the page that we see, or the screenshot, I should say, that we see over on the right-hand side. So that looks fairly familiar or similar to what you're going to see where it's got a dashboard, the fitness, and the home delivery tabs.
But again, it'll be a slightly different path to get there for the family and friends. All right, we'll go to the next screen. Perfect. So again, it looks like I probably talked a little bit about this already.
I got kind of ahead of myself. So again, if you need to cancel or change your membership, we'll show you what that looks like now. So you would click that manage membership and we'll go to the next slide.
And then again, we're going to click that manage plan. And then this is what I was talking about, where again, you'll be able to change your membership tier. So again, if you're currently in the Classic and you want to change it to the Premium, you would just click that Select button on the Premium. And then again, that tier change will not take effect until the first of the month. It's not going to be immediate.
So if I changed from Classic to Premium today, if I clicked Select today, It won't actually go into effect until August 1st. So starting in August 1st, I'll be able to access the premium gyms and I'll get now charged that $99 rate. And again, if we want to cancel membership, you can see that cancel membership button at the bottom of the screen. That's where I would click to cancel my membership. Go ahead and go to the next slide, please, Bridget.
And again, so yes, so canceling membership. So you would click that cancel membership again. We want to cancel 30 days prior to the next billing date to not be billed again. But you will get an email confirmation from OnePass once you click yes, cancel my membership.
That screenshot on the lower right where it says your OnePass membership is ending, that is the email confirmation that you'll receive once you cancel your membership. And if you cancel your membership and you had family or friends underneath you, it cancels it for everybody, just as an FYI. All right, so we'll go on to the next slide. Perfect. And so again, I kind of mentioned this a little bit at the beginning of the call, OnePass customer service.
So OnePass customer service phone number is on the screen here. They do not have a voicemail. They are now available to answer your questions now that we've launched OnePass.
So we do need to launch OnePass to be able to have that eligibility to check and make sure that you're eligible. So they'll do an eligibility check when you call. And then once they verify that you are eligible, they'll be able to answer all of your questions that you have.
Like I said, there are hours of operation. They're open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time. They are closed on the weekends.
And then we do have a list of the common holidays that are observed that they are closed as well. All right, we'll do the next slide. Thank you. And again, as I mentioned, so some of the common questions that they are able to answer or help with, again, if you're having trouble registering or logging in, if you have any physical gym, online fitness, or home delivery questions, or just general one-pass. questions, if you have any family or friends questions, if you want to submit a gym nomination, if you have an issue with using the One Pass program or just any general questions about One Pass as well, they'll be able to help with.
