Water Intake

  • Track water intake in increments of 8 oz.
  • Modify the date of water consumption.
  • Daily and weekly consumption shown on a calendar and in ounces.

Sleep Tracker

  • Add information about sleep interruptions (e.g., snoring).
  • Record start and wake-up times.
  • Generate sleep reports for healthy behavior analysis.

Screen Time

  • Track screen time based on different activities: communication, streaming, social media, course assignments, online tasks, gaming, or leisure reading.
  • Enter duration (hour/minute) for each activity.
  • Generate weekly screen time reports.

Weekly Nutrients

  • Track weekly nutrient intake.
  • Navigate through the calendar to find days with recorded intake.
  • View carbohydrate, fat, protein, and alcohol percentages.
