on the homepage in diet and wellness plus there is a new feature titled healthy behaviors and by clicking on healthy behaviors students are able to track their water intake there's a sleep tracker screen time and weekly nutrients let's take a look at each for water intake students are able to add their water intake in 8 O increments they can even modify the date based on when that water intake was consumed they can highlight here how much water they've consumed and there is a calendar at the bottom that will show how much water they have consumed based on the information they have entered scrolling down you can even see the amount of ounces that have been consumed throughout the week are there health behaviors we can take a look at would be the sleep tracker and this is really great because students can add in a number of things that might have kept them up at night for example snoring by clicking on snoring students are able to identify any issues that might have occurred they can record their start time and their wake up time and have a report generated which is very important for healthy behaviors as we know another feature of the healthy behaviors app is the screen time this is important as we all know screen times for many people can sometimes get out of hand and so by looking at different areas that we may be using technology for communication streaming social media course assignments online tasks gaming or Leisure reading students are able to enter in the hour or minute and then by clicking the submit and scrolling down they can see any options or any time that they have entered in screen time and get a generated report at the end of the week we also have the weekly nutrients and weekly nutrients are a way for students to identify their weekly intake here you can see that the screen doesn't identify any intake so by clicking on the calendar arrows you can identify those times where intake had been consumed the different carbo hydrate fat protein and alcohol percentages and then by clicking the see all nutrients it takes you to the consumption versus goals report again ensuring that the students are clicking on days where data has been entered those would be identified by any of the colored boxes so clicking on February 1st for example all of the information that has been populated for the intake will be included here in this report students can identify any calories macro micronutrients Etc
