me out I'm 26 years old currently 180 with 20% body fat wanting to drop around - around 145 to 150 pounds with 10% or so below body fat though I'm not new working out I am however new with supplements I have recently purchased a pre-workout and a friend gave me a bottle of yohimbine HCl hopefully that's at the techno him binding shell my brand I was wondering how do I take them both do I have to split them and take the pre-workout and then the ohem by HL post-workout or is the specific time spacing between them I've heard also people taking your headband before their post workout cardio is this recommended if you do high-intensity cardio sorry to be having a lot of questions like I said I'm very new to these things I hope you can help me out my questions hope to hear from you thanks in advance and more power to you here's my thing um if your pre-workout doesn't have your him by knitted all max's pre-workout has 10 milligrams yo hand by nash's cray that's a little much um you want to go 4.2 milligrams per kilogram of body weight per day of your hand by what you can do and this is actually um shared to me by Tommy Jeffers uh who was a sponsored athlete of mine over at my old company and essentially what you do let's say you do post workout cardio the best time to take you him bind is when your insulin is low it's not black and white you know you can't have what no insulin or high insulin there isn't in between where insulins you know kind of just chillin in there or controlled insulin so here's what I recommend if you're going to take your hem bind once your glycogen is depleted during your workout your insulin is going to be lower you did as long as you're not drinking something like like a fuse during training which ought to cut I normally don't recommend before that post workout cardio 15 minutes before so let's say you have 15 minutes of biceps to finish out your workout right before you start your biceps you down to your hip I'd which again you're going to work your way up to 0.2 milligrams per kilogram of body weight daily for me that's about eight or nine capsules of the at the techno ham vine which is 2.5 milligrams per so what you would do take it finish your workout hop your ass on the cardio machine get your cardio your hip mine's gonna be working to liberate those fatty acids towards get those hard-to-reach places like your lower abs and your ass and all that good stuff and boom it doesn't sting or conversely speaking let's say you train in the morning on an empty stomach lower your pre-workout dose like let's say you take two scoops go to one one-and-a-half add in your hand button it's not a stimulant so add that in and boom rock it out and get it done get up whatever dose you need to do what I always like to do on my cut which might or might not be the most optimal way to take it is to split it up if I have nine capsules I would do my cardio either in the evening or I would do it on post workout normally I'd like doing the evening so if I was gonna do a post workout I would take four of those pills after drinking whey protein only which again you know protein it's not going to mess you up too much I drink my protein down my own hair by go train and then and that would be pre-workout then if I did my cardio later in the evening I'd have a low insulin releasing meal or I just have a protein knee or I just go two hours after my last meal pop my own hand I do my cardio so I guess the best time to take it is on a fasted stomach but I'm not going to tell anybody go crazy with it but again start at one capsule work groups two then three then four and whatever your body weight dictates till you get to 0.2 milligrams per kilo grams body weight daily so very affordable supplements under $9 on Tiger Fitness calm for at the tech nutrition yo him by and it's good to go now drop factor my fat burner has Johanna in it it has the equivalent of one cap of your hem buying into capsule drop factor so if you're taking the full four cap dose which is two caps in the morning and two caps the evening what you do cast the afternoon what you would do is subtract five milligrams or two yo in buy from your daily at total so if you need six caps you you'd reduce it to four now I get a lot of questions and I'm going to go over this here timing let's say you want to take drop factor your hand by nan a pre-workout what I would do is let's say you train it evening take drop factor you him by first thing in the morning that is if you do cardio if you don't do cardio no big deal just take it on that fastest stomach maybe wait a half hour before tea I don't think it really matters and then you could take it take your drop factor again at noon or 1:00 you train in the evening take your uhm drop factor test sorry if you train in the evening then take your pre-workout and yo him by pre workout or if you do your cardio post-workout take your o headline as directed earlier fifteen minutes before the end of your workout if you train in the morning switching around do the pre workout first and drop factors and drop factor split you owe him by however you want but the best time to take is on a fasted or on a glycogen depleted stomach but don't stress over it it's not going to not work and theoretically if you're dieting you're probably going to be in a controlled insulin state because once you get down to lower calories look I'm all about it fits your macros I'm not going to argue with it but you're not gonna fit many pop-tarts into your diet you're gonna use oats and you might be hungry so you want to have more whole food sources that's what I find myself doing some people like my boy LJ and Hollywood's rabid cage he does better eating pop-tarts and stuff it quenches his craving so he gets through his diet easier for me I do better when I go all out bro when I'm lower calories so that's just me if you're different that's fine but again that's the best times take your headline good luck
