around here not so much I mean we we were sometimes camp in the Black Hills um on our way out there or on our way back but um well of course you know do the M Rush more thing St like that but otherwise we wouldn't stay too long just kind of passing through so yeah I gota um well if you're big into hiking or anything like that you're gonna have to get out here and see Rapid City for yourself now that you're a little bit older yeah it's been a long time so yeah for sure um there's a bunch of cool stuff to do might be a fun week um speaking of trips you got any fun trips coming up or anything like that this spring oh man well I travel lot my job so I'm a little bit tripped out already I was in Vietnam in January and I was in Bangladesh last month so I'm um kind of where I'm going at least for for vacation we'll be going to Wisconsin oh what the family uh go to some concerts yeah um but but nothing nothing too grandiose at least what about you um nothing much man I'm honestly I might take a trick up to Devil's Tower Golf Course and play that but that's that's pretty much it for me um anyone of you excited to see in concert well sure you ever heard of him kind of yeah I listen like book pop music I'd say yeah I like listening him I listen to him Zack Bryan and cter wall quite a bit yeah exct yeah sure St Louis driving down there sept June yeah for sure I've seen a few shirts from those conference concerts too he's got some cool merch yeah for sure uh what is a good email for you so I can send the zoom link your way uh yeah so my email is uh brand brn last name hansen4 gmail.com awesome what's the significance in the 14 there just kind of a random number you threw on there I made maybe right on I always like to ask because I always have mine on 14 because it's my birthday oh um just sending that link your way it might end up in the trash just because only a link in the email so just heads up if you don't see it at first um but yeah where are you guys going in Wisconson I can't remember the name one that reservation our family that's but be there for like five days just all the be able to go so it's should be fun time but oh yeah sure um then when are you guys going on that trip again sorry kind of around that normal dead time for the high schools and stuff yeah for sure do you got some siblings in high school or anything like that no not anymore but my uh my sister's a school nurse so just playing around that kind of stuff every all my siblings are kind of they're out of that they're out of school but not everyone's kids yet so for sure um and then did you so did you go to college or anything like that yeah I oh right on school my wife Kansas for a while back to Iowa so for sure what part of do you live [Music] in central maybe deping on where you're but it's Manchester right on can't say I've heard of it but I did live in Iowa for semester my first semester at College I actually lived in Dora Iowa I went to Luther Luther hour oh yeah right on yeah I played football for them but uh I'm sure you know how bad Luther is at football hear you oh yeah it was fun um I went down there and played for Coach trochet because he reminded me a lot of my high school coach who I was a really big fan of and then um I had D2 offers but I wanted to play down and um you know see if I could start early and I mean it worked but in the end of the day just kind of decided that football would be a little bit too much for my body um yeah being a 59 200 PB D tackle is not necessarily an equation for success in College yeah did you uh play any football or anything like that any sports wrest football said hard of the body so was able to finish after shoulder surgery and they the second one no kidding what happened to your shoulder like for football and wrestling so yeah right on I got a grade three for sure I only ask because I have a shoulder injury that still nags me my left shoulder I have a Grade Three AC separation that's like seven years old now but can't go away unless we get surgery and it doesn't really need surgery so not gonna do that buers are complex man they get hurt way too easily yeah oh got sweet and then um so I can better service you today do you mind if I ask a few questions about what you got going on in the kitchen today yeah sure go awesome first off I just wanted to ask on a scale of one to 10 let's say one being just get this presentation over with I'm ready to get out of here and 10 being I'm ready to get out the credit card right now and buy something where do you kind of sit right now um well we actually middle of we doing a kitchen renovation right now so I maybe be like a three or four I don't know it's it's one of those things where we're we're spent a lot of money already so curious to hear what you have to say guess we guess we'll see yeah for sure and then um how often a week would you find say you find yourself in the kitchen uh I cook a lot I cook more I would say in our in our relationship between me and my life so probably um at least four times a week I would that yeah for sure and then is she caught up with something being busy right now yeah she is for sure um let me think then like what do you guys cook often like what are some of your favorite things to make oh man so I like making despite a lot of crazy things to be honest um it's pretty much every every gen I'm really Sun from Asian food to barbecue to pizza to kind of you name it man yeah I like I things that are new especially because I travel so much when I go places I might try something and I like to come home and try to make it myself oh yeah for sure I'm sure you find a bunch of great International Food with your job and all that yeah um what's actually now I'm kind of curious what's the best International dish you've had that's not very popular oh man that's a good one so I would say come two things one I so you well that's tough that's tough so in terms of a category i' would say the sushi and the places I go as main so whenever I come back it's hard to get but that's something I like to I like to eat when it's available um Vietnam has you know their national dishes you've heard of it spelled pH but the chicken in Vietnam is amazing um and then probably my alltime favorite is called peeking duck which is served in Chinese restaurants it's kind of like a cornate dish it's kind of expensive but it's something that's served to like group people it's not you wouldn't order just things by yourself but yeah very good so don't have quite the ambition do that yeah for sure um I think we have a pH restaurant in Rapid actually I think next to one of the places that I like to go and get stuff for school that's I think we have a pH place in Rapid actually next to our Office Depot I think I saw it there one time have you ever had it in the Americas I'm sure it doesn't quite live up to the stuff in Vietnam yeah a ense I mean it's a it's a little bit different but it's it's still still scratch so yeah for sure um and then um you know is there any chores in your kitchen that are just a hassle that you really struggle with right now I mean so our house is an older house the only thing right now is like we so we don't have a dishwasher so is kind a paint but like we're doing a ren house so hopefully a lot of that has changed here short order yeah for sure you guys just in the market for a new dishwasher still or uh no no we got that all pretty much taken care of so now we're just waiting for show get her installed awesome right on um did you guys get some new countertops and all that new cabinets and everything yeah it's gonna be new W for sure um let's see should jump meeting here yeah that's what I was just about to say all right can you hear me still think you're on mute there we go hello one more time there we go can you hear me yeah can you hear me yep I can hear you all right get my stuff set up here one sec sweet um all righty nice I'm assuming you do a bunch of Zoom for your job yeah that's actually I gave you my personal email so I was trying to get it forwarded over to my work email because I already had zoom on my computer and everything so makes a lot easier I gotcha and then um last question before I get the presentation kind of rolling um you know out of your Cutlery silverware and cookware what probably needs replacing the most um it's a good question I would say right now we have a high a high-sided pan that needs to be replaced the non-stick High seted Pan um that probably number one yeah for sure sweet well uh I won't waste any more of your time this evening I'm just going to go ahead and get the presentation rolling I'm just going to screen share this you let me know when you can see it and then I'll go ahead and get us started I do have one question how many of these do you do every week you think um I will normally do well right now I'm only doing seven but on a high side I'll end up doing about 20 to 25 this summer I'll probably doing close to 25 to 30 a week nice a good deal yeah for sure um it's been an awesome job for me so far but uh um first off just want to say thank you so much for making time for me this evening I really app appreciate it um I know I'm taking up some of your time so um I just wanted to say that it's valued and I really appreciate it yeah you go um do you mind if I share a little bit with you about me and some of my goals yeah absolutely appreciate that actually awesome well I am a student at Black Hills State University and I am studying biology in hopes of becoming a marine biologist I also participate in Hobbies such as weightlifting and golf I actually recently entered my first bodybuilding competition and I am now about eight and a half weeks out from stepping on stage for my first time ever so I'm really excited about that um also just play golf as much as I can in my spare time really looking forward to that this summer do you find yourself golfing at all or you just too busy for it I do I was out this was our first weekend out on the course so yeah it was it was a good time how to go breaking out of winter with that f um not too bad I mean it was uh better better than anticipated to be honest I mean we we did a a two gu best shot with four guys and we played 16 holes and on the 16th hole we were playing with flash light and we're like all right we got to get the heck out of here still not enough Sun but but it was it was a good time yeah it's always fun to chase the daylight when you're golfing yeah for sure um well I am studying biology with a specialty in environmental Sciences obviously hoping to become a marine biologist um that normally doesn't go hand inand with black Hill State University seeing as it might be the farthest I can get from an ocean yeah I hear you man I I actually work a little bit at so the feed mentioned we sell to aquaculture companies that are you know they're either producing fish in ponds um on land or in the ocean so I like to say the same thing I'm about as far away from the ocean as you can possibly get so yeah but you're still working with it m such yeah definitely that was cool though yeah um I'm actually gonna do a internship at the MCN Fish Hatchery um I think in a year or two where that's just kind of working with aquaculture and all that too they trout and stuff for the hills so that fun um anyway uh that's where Cutco really comes into play with how far away I am from an ocean Cutco is allowing me to start building a fund early in my Collegiate um career I'd say to start um you know hoping to graduate debt free from a master's program on a coast right now I'm looking at Hawaii which is sadly on the high side but it's also on the high side of education so cut goes along me to start building that fund early to pay for grad school and hopefully graduate debt free um why marine biology as a kid from the Midwest dream is because ever since I was really young I've been super drawn to coral reefs and just that sort of habitat um I watched Finding Nemo when I was really young and I probably watched it over 20,000 times and then as I kind of got older I had a knack for learning about it too so I really got into watching guys like Steve Irwin John blue um I did a whole presentation in middle school where I dressed up as Jac custo do you know who that is for sure and um my dad made me this old back pack with these two two lit soda bottles at a whole scuba suit is fun that's awesome so I've been chasing that dreaming for a while now it's always been my passion and the way I want to kind of influence it and help conserve our planet is I want to be one of the first people to be a pioner in kind of reversing Coral bleach or to you know help regenerate and save reefs because reefs all around the world are being killed every day whether that's through sunscreen bleaching or just you know uh over fishing killing the fish off in the reefs which are also essential towards the Coral's life um or there's toxic chemicals killing the dagates that live in the coral this is a symbiotic relationship which keeps it alive and actually produces a lot of oxygen in our atmosphere through their photosynthesis um also just on a different note um I want kids that have the same Knack and passion for Coral in the ocean like I did to be able to see coral reefs for generations to come because they're really is nothing quite like a coral reef in the entire world um so if we lose those I feel like we're going to lose very vital part of the world around us and it's going to I don't know just not be as colorful and as beautiful um and then up here in the top right is my weekly $2,000 sales goal if I hit that goal that is going to allow me to earn that scholarship I told you about and put more money into that grad fund to hopefully graduate debt free um as you can see this week it hasn't been great but no worries I'm still getting paid to do the presentations um yeah I'm GNA take you back to the demo then do you got any questions about any of this before we do no go ahead man awesome just so you know I am going to be on a manual but feel free to interrupt me if you have any questions comments or concerns all right sounds good awesome um Speaking of awesome Cutco is awesome you can buy sets or pieces and we have tons of accessories and gifts as well we also have some interest free monthly investment options there's no need to feel like you have to take on anything all at once just so I know when you cook do you cook because you have to like to or love to um I would say have to sometimes but love to other times yeah for sure well today I'll tell you why Cutco is the top selling americanmade brand in the United States and then we'll take a look at our product line and review prices and specials at the end uh would you rather me call you Brandon or Mr Hansen Brandon please um Brandon I only work through referrals so I hope you like me and cut Co enough to refer some friends to me at the end of this let me tell you a little bit about us as a company since 1949 all Cutco knives have been made in the United States and in our Factory in oan New York we sell over $200 million worth of Cutco annually and have over 16 million customers since 2020 Cutco has had its largest three years ever in sales people have been cooking more than ever and purchasing more quality things for the home as well as investing in products that will last you also may have seen us on TV shows like modern Marvel's and madeen America it's one of the only products that you can buy once use every day and never have to replace cuto is also a proud producer of many Kar knives used by both the military and law enforcement agents is involved with many local and National Charities we have raised money for the Roswell Park foundation for breast cancer research the American Heart Association and the front row Foundation as a matter of fact in 2023 Cutco actually raised over $300,000 for the Alzheimer's Association through our Cutco cares initiative to start off I'm really going to like to show you just two products that really demonstrate the quality of Cutco in my opinion first off we have our super shears the high carbon stainless steel makes them good for everything in the kitchen as well as indoor and outdoor projects they're also dish was safe and come apart as seen here to make for easy cleaning despite being able to come apart these shears are actually tough as can be as you can see here they're actually G to cut up this Penny my roommate thinks I'm a geek now because I'm always cutting up pennies with the shears um they also can make some of the finer Cuts as you're going to see with this sanitation wipe it's a very versatile tool so we really like showing off a lot of different demonstrations it's capable of also opens up these hard to open plastic packages super easily I know I always used to really struggle with these ones then cuts through some tough leather as well so Cuts up cardboard to break down boxes or just open them up in the first place you guys have any kids at the house negative right on I got you you about you're planning on having any anytime soon maybe we'll see if you guys do it can help out with their projects at school as well also a lot of people's favorite use for this year's right here is just cutting up this broccoli head instead of you know haggling with it with a knife or anything like that then a lot of people's favorite feature love showing it off once again just open them up take them apart and then they're you know good to go again after you wipe them off or you can pop them in the dishwasher because like I said earlier they're going to be dishwasher safe for you guys next is our peeler our peeler peels in both directions like all of our gadgets and accessories it's guaranteed forever and dishwasher safe what kind of fruit is that I think it's a papaya is what a lot of people have said but I've also heard mango I really have no idea that's the biggest mango I've ever seen if that's a mango that'd be huge yeah um a lot of customers end up getting either the super shears or veggie peeler for free but I'm gonna tell you more about that later let me show you where we got the idea for kco Brandon most people have the world's most expensive set of knives like these because the average Knife Set is designed to last about two years so most households waste a ton of money replacing cheap knives over and over you know this better than I do but cheap knives have a lot of problems there are two types of handles wood handles which are attracted W new but they're extremely unsanitary they absorb liquids bacteria grease germs and retain odors in several States restaurants actually stopped using wooden handles because of those sanitation concerns plastic handles are usually cheaply constructed so they melt chip crack and break and they're also Slippery When Wet which is extremely dangerous while you're cutting common knives are also constructed very poorly most Knives have a partial tang with less steel making them weak and unbalanced so they break easily and most rivets are made of brass which expands contracts and loosens creating unsanitary gaps in that handle there's two types of Steel carbon steel which is strong but it rusts and corrodes which is unattractive and unsanitary and I don't know about you but Rusty knives isn't a way I want to add iron to my diet stainless steel looks good but it's a soft metal so it's really not going to stay sharp and it's awful difficult to sharpen have some of your guys' knives going to over the years Brandon uh yeah definitely some I've noticed for sure oh wait sorry got ahead of myself don't get see um there are two types of edges serrated edges which rip and tear your food and cannot be resharpened and they straight edges which make a smooth cut but they have to be sharpened to remain effective the hard cutting surface is what Dills a knife not the food both these edges directly contact that cutting board dulling them quickly a Dull Knife is a lot more dangerous than a sharp one because you have to push harder and really apply a lot more pressure let me show you how Cutco solved all these problems there it is there are five features that make cut Cod the world's finest set of Cutlery the first feature being our Universal wedgelock handle which fits any size hand the Universal Design locks your hand into place increasing control and safety while reducing fatigue this makes Cutco more expensive but it is worth it because it's comfortable and safe the second feature is our Thermo resin handle which will never chip or crack it's an expensive material to use but it's worth it because it's dishwasher safe and sanitary it's also the same material used in bowling balls and football helmets and if I trusted it's a protect my head I think you can trust it to protect your Cutlery the third feature is our full tank construction using the extra steel is more expensive but it's worth it because it creates strength and balance throughout that Blade the three nickel silver rivets are flush with the handle making it both strong and sanitary and the fourth feature is our very high-grade steel we use 448 grade steel in all of our products the steel is expensive to use but it's worth it because that's the best of both worlds in my opinion it has high carbon for Edge retention and it's stainless for beauty making it both sanitary and sharp the fifth feature is our most famous it's our exclusive stay sharp Double D Edge Let's see the Double D Edge cut some different um edges we cut rope because it's tough like a lot of vegetables and meats first you'll see this non-cut Co serrated edge and it's just going to rip and tear through the Rope like a s ugly next this regular straight edge is going to cut cleanly but dull rather quickly as you can see it's already pretty dull then lastly the double dedge of cut coat Cuts both quickly and cleanly I hope you weren't blanking during that unlike a serrated edge cut CO's Double D Edge has three straight edges that smoothly cut forward backward and straight down the points protect the recessed edges from building on The Cutting Board keeping each knife sharp for up to 10 years and they can still be resharpened While most of our Knives have that double D Edge for cutting back and forth some cut con Knives have had straight edges for chopping nicing and precision cutting this Unique Edge uses expensive technology but it's well worth it do you have any questions about that double D Edge or any of the features I talked about nope awesome let me tell you about the best thing Tuco has to offer then and it's our core part forever guarantee Tuco is one of the only products that you can buy once use every day and never have to replace the product is your proof of purchase and you can pass it down from generation to generation the first part is forever performance if anything ever goes wrong with your cut Cod you can send it back to the factory and the company will fix or replace it for free you'll never have to pay to replace your knives ever again and no receipt is needed the second part is forever sharpness whenever your Cutco needs sharpening just send it back and will be sharpened for free all you have to pay for is the shipping the third part is unconventional use if you ever happen to destroy your Cutco through unconventional use you can get it replaced for half price the fourth part is our unconditional return policy we have a 15-day risk-free money back guarantee so if you aren't satisfied for any reason at all you can get a full refund in that 15 days begins when the product is received on your front doorstep rather than ship from our Factory just so we're not stealing any time from you guys to try this stuff out Brandon we can't always see both spouses together so you guys can try out cut Cod together for a few weeks risk-free and make sure you both love it Cutco is such a great investment because you'll never have to buy another set of knives ever again let me show you some customer [Music] testimonials they're the best knives and all the other knives I bought don't compare you know if you need a good knife in your kitchen get a it's the best best and best one I ever made yeah I've had my Cutco for 25 years we've had our Cutco more than 20 years it's almost 40 years 50 years at least 50 years it is awesome it's awesome I like the grip of the handles and just the way all the knives cut they're great knives they last forever and of course there's always the availability to have them sharpen again so of course it was it was definitely worth an investment in cuto [Music] and in my opinion you can't beat color that's americanmade and forever guaranteed Brandon you can buy individual pieces but most customers agree that over a lifetime sets are going to really get you a much better value it's important to have the right tool for the right situation because of safety and efficiency we have two larger set options for customers who love to cook a complete set and a family set but I'm going to start with the pieces in this basic set which is the most popular it's called the Homemaker plus eight it has the minimum number of tools to do 100% of the jobs in your kitchen as efficiently as possible it has the best value and it all starts with your pairing knife cut air knife has a long handle which makes peeling and pairing comfortable you'll use this for small jobs in the air but rarely ever on The Cutting Board that's why we have a trimmer the trimmer is a small utility knife for small fruits and veggies you're never going to smash a tomato ever again this one has a pearl handle which color do you prefer oh probably black outs well yeah the options are Pearl black and just those two yeah we have a red as well and it kind of matches this uh tomato right here okay yeah probably black I'm a bigger fan of the classic myself too it has a little bit of like a polished wood finish look to it it's really nice okay um do you guys find yourself doing chicken breast often yeah I do chicken quite a bit for sure everyone loves the versatility but it's never used for spreading or serving that's why we have the spatula spreader the wide flexible Double D Edge allows you to cut bread and served sandwiches Bagels lasagna and Cake this is also my favorite knife because it's one of the only ones that let me keep at my dorm and Spear Fish um yeah no it's super handy before I was doing meal prep when I was just eating um the shrimp broccoli and rice I would always use this thing to put together a PB&J or something before algebra uh there you go and then that bottom Edge you can just see that there it's the Double D Edge allows you to cut all that and the trimmer has the same Edge or is it different it has the same Edge but uh the double edge can like vary some of our knives will be sharp the other ones like the most extreme um example would be the spatula spreader compared to our Cheese Knife our Cheese Knife is like the sharpest one we have right um it is a great tool but you're never going to use it on meat or large vegetables obviously that's why we have the petite Carver and turning fork this large utility knife is your everyday meat knife for chicken and small roasts it's also for tough vegetables and large summer fruits like pineapple this is also the knife we Ed on the rope in the earlier demonstration so it's one of our sharpest the turning fork has three sharp times that make it easy to turn meats and veggies and really fish things out of jars as well speaking of fishing I know we've all been pickle fishing before sir do you guys have an air fryer at the house personally I love using the turning fork to skewer wings and just go those out of the bottom of the air fryer but you can really use it for anything you'd skew um I know my brothers used it for pizza rolls and then got pizza how about cantaloup and pineapple do you guys find yourself doing that pretty often I'm allergic actually oh really right yeah it looks really good but yeah melons i' just never really been able to eat I suppose yeah so does that make you allergic to Pineapple as well or no no pineapple is fair game yeah it's I would say it's like honeydew mushmelon cantaloupe stuff kind of in that large melon family so for sure um none of the pieces so far have really been used for larger Foods though that's why we have the butcher knife this heavy duty knife disjoints large meats and is great for melons and squash not touching any melons with it though it protects the edges of a lot of your other it also looks like something you'd see in a Rambo movie so I think it's then speaking of Rambo we've got some fruit ninja clips for you coming up [Music] here then that is a great knife but it's not a great knife for chopping that's why we have the petite chef oh there we go the high knuckle clearance makes it comfortable and safer for dicing mincing and chopping this delicate Chopper is really great for the six Essence soup salad der fry stew stuffing and salsa now in our Homemaker set we also have a larger Stu knife option available called The French Chef for only an extra $13 and it has a extra two in of length and it has a little bit higher knuckle clearance just to keep your guys' fingers out of the equation if you guys were to go with the Homemaker set do you think you'd go with that French chef option or this petite chef I know that the current knife in our block I struggle with the with the knuckle clearance so probably the the one that would be like larger or has the more knuckle clearance thing he said is the the other Chef yeah the FR Chef y that is a great knife but it's not a great knife for slicing that's why we have the slicer the slicer is the best bread knife in the world in the long double The Edge makes it great for cutting cakes shredding lettuce and slicing D beats you guys ever B your own bread at the house or buyle loaves from a bakery sure um as you can see here you have that annoying effect when you're cutting bread where it kind of creates a little crease before you cut it isn't that just annoying um how about larger cuts of boneless meat you guys ever do prime rib or brisket maybe for a holiday or special occasion yeah definitely for sure uh I know me and my dad used the slicer on our prime rib for Easter and this thing just GL Glide glided straight through it forgot how to say glided you're good um that's great for bone out but for bone in we've got your master carving set it's like your spare tire it's always going to be better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it do you guys ever find yourself barbecuing or hosting family dinners uh not so much hosting but we'll make food and take it to other places yeah for sure well for when you guys do and hosting a little bit more you'll need it for barbecue big roasts and family occasions both Forks are important but that turning fork is really for picking things up while that carving Fork is great for holding Meats down could you see how over a lifetime You' use every tool in this basic set yeah definitely for sure to complete your set your table knives are used for every meal breakfast lunch and dinner the wide blade and rounded tip make it safer but with that double D Edge it still Cuts Like a steak Knife let's see our table knife cut some tough leather first we're going to see this non-cut Coast serrated edge steak Knife you ever get that earthquake on that one more time kid you ever get that earthquake effect when you're trying to cut something up with one of your guys the that non cuto knife once again then the cut coat table knife then for customers who like the feel of a large steak Knife our two larger sets come with that option as well I'm going to hold one up on my camera the table knife ends up being about 2third the size of this this is really just the larger and more premium option Brandon it would be dangerous to have really sharp high quality knives floating around in a drawer that's why the most popular storage option is our solid oak wood block which looks great on the counter we also have safe storage trays for storage in a drawer or on the wall and our sets all come with a free cutting board it's important to use a soft plastic cutting board is glass granite and marble cutting boards are too hard and will Dill your knives really quickly to complement your Homemaker set we have kitchen tools this five piece set is going to replace a drawer full of old kitchen tools it comes with a slotted spoon basing spoon whisk Ladle and spatula this next pack I'm going to show you as a fan favorite it's our four-piece Entertainer pack it comes with Comfort grip handles and is of course forever guaranteed it comes with that soft grip Cheese Knife a peeler an ice cream scoop and a pizza cutter now I'm gonna warn you right now a lot complaints a lot of people say they don't use it on Sunday knife what's your favorite flavor of ice cream sir oh um I have a special one it's actually cherry and chocolate chip like Jerry Garcia uh yeah that would be is that like the Ben and& Jerry's kind I think so yeah it'd be similar to that but uh do you ever have like where you grew up did you have Schwans by chance to Schwans yeah so Schwans I don't know if they still have it but they used to have it they called the Blackjack Cherry so it had the pieces of like it's like chocolate chips chunks kind of with cherry ice cream it's really good is Schwans even still around they are so Schwans they have a new name it's called yellow like when you answer the phone you say like yellow how's it going you know so that's that's their new name but when they're driving around they still have the Schwans on the side of their truck so they actually come to my office every other Wednesday so I still get my fair share of of food so my gosh that's just such a throwback I remember they they used to make these little breakfast like pizza things and my mom would always get them they were so oh yeah you bet you bet for sure well Brandon let me review like so many people choose to invest in Cut Co first off you're always going to have sharp americanmade knives that are comfortable safe and sanitary and cut CES guaranteed to last forever so it's gonna be the last set of knives you'd ever buy as a matter of fact you're actually set to save over $2 and a half thousand do in knives over a lifetime and most customers who buy tuo end up going out to eat less and if that saves you just $60 a month that's $720 saved this year and over 25 years you'll save $188,000 there are several reasons why so many customers choose sets gcko sets have the right tool for the right job Geo sets have a built-in discount so it's cheaper sets come with a free cutting board and some other free stuff and sets are much safer because they come in a blocker tray and we have interest free monthly investment options there's no need to feel like you're taking anything on all at once when it comes to high quality Cutlery it's like anything else there's a wide variety of quality and prices Cutco however is top rated so we only really compare to those highest quality brands I have a price comparison for our top competitor wof and shun have you heard of them before um the yeah the shun I've heard of not the not the [ __ ] though for sure well these high quality sets are made overseas are two of the top selling brands in stores each brand has different types of sets which range and price wot stock is the most popular the price for this wood stop set is $3,115 sometimes you can find it on sale for $2,325 there are some major differences between these Brands and Cutco wof has mostly straight edges so it need to be sharpened which is a hassle they're not recommended for the dishwasher and the warranty is on manufacturing VX only in comparison Cutco is dishwasher safe has our unique wedge lock handle exclusive Double D stay sharp edge and we have our four-part forever guarantee including free sharpening for the rest of your life Cutco owners will tell you it's 10 times better than any of the knives they've ever used just considering the guarantee and unique features most people would agree that CES at least twice as good as woop now I don't know about you but when something offers twice the quality twice the value and lasts forever I'm going to expect it to be at least twice the price at twice the price you're talking over $4,000 for a set of cupco Brandon we have three types of sets large sets for people who love to cook medium sets for people who cook a couple times a week and smaller sets for people who barely cook at all and just have to eat this is our complete set it has all of our specialty knives in it and this set is for people who absolutely love to cook this is our family set and it is more of the in between set which has four extra pieces this Hardy slicer which is like an extra tough meat knife to have around it's kind of like the bad boy in the kitchen this petite santoku which is Rachel Ray the famous TV chef Chef's favorite knife to use for chopping veggies this cheese knife with that wedge block handle instead of the Comfort grip which you saw in the Entertainer pack and then these super shares which everyone loves for in the kitchen around the house and even outside the house this is also the last set to come with steak knives and you would get 10 steak or table knives depending on your choice as I said earlier our Homemaker plus eight is our most popular set it's perfect for families that cook two to three times per week has the 10 basic tools I explained earlier eight table knives a wood block a sharpener for straight edges and we also have a homemaker set available without table knives if you were considering a set of cut Co which of these three sets has the tools you like the best and would use the most this Homemaker this family set or this complete set your question was which one would I use the most do you think yeah well I I mean if I had a set I I would probably probably use it equally I guess um I think this one is interesting because it's you know it's got a lot of different things that I don't have right now but I don't know if I would get the use out of them because you know I've been able to survive without them but but uh I guess the end of the day it always comes down to price yeah for sure um do you want to hear about this set or do one of the other sets think You' fit your needs better uh go back one more this is the rollsroyce so explain the difference between this one and the your your Topline one again uh this one and the complete or this one and the Homemaker this one and the complete yeah um really the difference is you're missing out on a bunch of specialty knives between these two so this one you get a few of the specialty knives like that santoku this Hardy slicer um but you're going to be missing out on a bunch of knives like this vegetable knife this larger santoku this Cleaver the salmon knife um you'll also get two bread knives our typical slicer size and our petite slicer and this set actually comes with 12 steaker table knives depending on your choice got also comes with all the tools from the Homemaker before both sets come with the French chef um but really what you're just missing out on if you go with the other set over this one is you're getting a smaller santoku knife and you miss out on this this this and this right here got it thanks he said homaker blank and complete what's the blank the blank is the oh the uh family set family that's what it is gotcha let's talk about the family set for sure well awesome the great thing about this set is it doesn't cost $4,000 in fact it doesn't even cost as much as the loo offer shown price of$ 34.99 um if you were to go with this set today think you would want those steak knives or table knives they're not going to cut differently necessarily but which one do you like the look up better the so your question was the between the Stak yeah just um yeah yeah so I actually grew up with the one that's on the right the I think it's like the the table knife I think it works well I do kind of like the larger one but probably would come down to price again go with the the one on the right I guess for now yeah for sure well that family set is 2415 paid in full which includes shipping but most of our customers end up taking advantage of our F month interest free investment option which is only 522 today and includes tax now let me explain our buy now bonus we have a bonus for if you buy now I can give you a matching kitchen tool set Entertainer pack or up to $450 worth of cut Cod gifts and accessories if you were considering this set of cut code what free stuff would you choose out of what I just talked about [Music] probably the the peeler I think was interesting um I was looking at that we have a peeler that's kind of uh gets the job done I guess but takes quite a quite a while so yeah I think I was interested in that yeah for sure would you want to go with the whole Entertainer pack and then I would just replace the cheese knife with a different Gadget um I don't know that's a good question for sure um well Brandon I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't ask you would you like to try out the family set for a couple weeks risk free and get your free Entertainer pack alongside it you gota ask the question right Kaden yeah no I I I really do appreciate your demonstration and I'll just kind of shoot straight with you so I'm I'm very interested because I grew up with a Cutco set my parents still have their Cutco set so I thought was interesting when you were you know showing that YouTube video that talked about all the people that were 30 40 50 60 year customers um right now though we're doing a kitchen renovation like I mentioned and this is not in the budget but I think it could be in the budget for sometime in the next year or so but probably not in the next like three months but there are some immediate needs that I have um that if they were on a smaller scale it's not the you know 2,450 $1 like you mentioned and something that you could order separately those are things that I would be interested in yeah for sure I'm still going to go through everything just so we don't miss anything is that 2400 is that way out of the budget or is that more like yeah no that's that's a fair question so the current knife set that we got right so it it has a lot of these things already um but it it is starting to lose like its sharpness and I and I can I can tell with that but I will what I will tell you is right now we're you know I'll give you an example right so countertops cost like $7,000 our cabinets cost about 18 so we're making a pretty big investment so we've got a budget and right now we're we're kind of locking down and making sure that we don't you know overspend so so it's tough to answer that question until the Project's all done the contractors are all paid the plumbers you know stuff like that so it's hard to say for sure but um so I did have a question actually for you so you you had mentioned earlier in the presentation that um if the knives ever need to be sharpened you can basically return them and they'll get sharpened and all you have to do is pay for shipping but how do I like initiate that process who do I talk to in order to make that happen yeah you can just get back in touch with me and then I can help you out with it or I think if you send them back to oan and you put like a note or something something in you're like hey I just need these sharpen send them back to the address and they'll just send them back to you guys um up the factories address in oan and send it there it'll be back with him the same week my uncle actually sent in his hunting and fishing knife he has from Cutco in the 80s they sent him all brand new models because his were outdated nice so you said oan is in which state New York New York okay good then he got his stuff back within the same week but I would assume it kind of depend on um how much you send and all that yeah definitely gotcha well let me tell you so like so um kind of like I was mentioning I I don't think that a full set is in the budget right now but I think I want to get a full set but not maybe sometime with I would say within the next 12 months I I kind of have interest um the pieces that well let me put it this way I'm also interested in helping you get to your goal um you know not and I appreciate you taking the time to walk me through all this the pieces that I'm most interested in one would probably be the peeler and two would be I don't know if it's a French chef or a sokou but just some sort of knife that I can use for chopping I chop a lot of onions I do carrots I do a lot of things like that and that's the dullest knife that I have right now um well it's technically a chef's knife that I use um but it looked like the S toku had a little higher knuckle clearance so I would potentially be interested in that again depending on the price and kind of what you're able to offer for sure um I'll get to that in a second um I do want to ask first um if you would so have you do you know how much longer you guys have on your project yeah you bet yeah um so cabinets I think are supposed to arrive like a month from now so I would say by the time they're installed um Electrical Plumbing stuff like that probably sometime this summer maybe July I would say [Music] like probably July 15th we would hope to be all done with everything have flooring installed stuff like that there's a few things that we're kind of bumping to the back of our project like um you know like flooring is an example um that stuff like hasn't even been been picked out yet a backsplash you know things that you know when you're a couple 20s somethings you just kind of start a project and get going on it so for sure so yeah probably probably July the only reason I ask is because we have those payment plans available and I know people typically like to stay away from payment plans because whether interest or they don't they feel like they're taking on debt yeah understand 522 for that one um to be able to get that set and really roll that into your guys' renovation as well that probably would be something that'd be easy to budget as well and even if it's a little bit too much creeping into that five range I can probably get it down closer to 4 470 or 480 um if I just wouldn't be able to give you a Entertainer pack I could get you a pretty big discount for it um let me see actually what the discount would be I have it saved some um are you still with me in my thing yeah you bet awesome um yeah okay the friends and family discount I could actually drop it $348 technically 350 um it's a $492 on a five pay so you really would be able to I feel like just squeeze that into your renovation um is that a little bit more manageable for you guys to budget that alongside it it's a good question I honestly I would say no not yet just because we we kind of those variables like I mentioned so when you're when you're in a construction project and it's not finished yet things can happen and then just cost money but abely but I appreciate the salesmanship man you're you're you're killing it right now thanks you're making it tough on me you really are um I don't you know I I want to help you find something that you guys can squeeze in but also you know get stuff that's you guys out now yeah definitely let me talk to you a little bit about the Homemaker is drastically cheaper and it's going to make your guys' upgrade into that family set because I know you love that set um dally cheaper in the future uh this homaker set is 1613 in full which includes shipping but most of our customers end up taking advantage of the 5-month interest free investment option which is only 3.49 and alongside that I can give you a kitchen tool set or that Entertainer pack we already talked about um or I can do another discount on this one if it's still a little bit too much on that five pay uh how does that 349 option sound so this is going to sound like I'm doubling back but I think to be honest I'm more interested in the like your medium set but it's just that it's it's not something that I'm ready to commit to so this so this set is like cheaper like like you mentioned I think you went from you potentially 470 480 to$ 349 so you're $130 cheaper on a five pay but I think I like having the few the things that you you know had added into that into that other that other package for sure and that just this isn't saying you're not going to get it this is just saying hey I like what I of these few tools I got to really get a good look at but I'm gonna push those other few tools to the Future because those aren't really needs right now those are wants yeah for sure so just with this one it would um you know these basic tools and even then there's few specialty items in here and we have smaller stuff and there's upgrades in the future so say you get this set today on the 349 or the discount and then you're like all right I'm ready to upgrade to that future set I can probably give you the two table knives for free and maybe another knife or two for free in the upgrade alongside to that family set so save you money on the original price I told you about that 2415 really probably turns into just 2K it's just more spread out because you started with a smaller set and then upgraded I see how do trying out that Homemaker set at 349 today sound still okay for sure still no but but I like I said I think it's more for me it's when when I let me tell you something about me when when I when I do something I want to make sure that I'm like I'm getting what I want you know otherwise I'm just not g to get it so so yeah kind of like I was kind of like I was saying for me it's I like your medium set I like having the block that fits all the knives and I think when the time comes that's the one that I want to go after yeah for sure let me show you just a few of these smaller ones that might be a comination you like in there and then uh we'll get to those individual pieces and I can hook you up yeah no problem um this is our G set it's the perfect Starter Set it's still going to take care of all your needs it comes with a pairing knife for the air trimmer for tall stuff spatula for sandwiches a serving piece a meat knife a veggie Chopper and a bread knife and it still comes with six table knives it's only missing those three least used knives in the Homemaker it still comes with all your favorites that's a few less knives for a lot less money instead of paying 1613 for the Homemaker set the galley plus 6 is $159 today or 252 per month for five months interest free and if you got that set today I can still include that Entertainer pack how does that sound probably this still this still the same response as the last time but I appreciate it you run me through that I appreciate you shooting me straight with it yeah no problem um well these are our starter sets they all come with a cutting board and either blocker tray let me tell you a Pieces come in each set plus five has our petite Chef petite Carver turning fork spatula spreader pairing and five table knives the studio plus4 has the petite Carver spatula spreader trimmer pairing knife and four table knives our space saer set has the petite shaft petite Carver trimmer a large pairing knife and a small pairing knife and the all knife set has a pairing knife trimmer spatula spreader petite chef and a 9-in Carver and comes in a tray the kitchen net set has a pairing knife trimmer turning fork petite car and slicer and it comes in a tray and our gourmet set has the boning knife Hardy slicer santoku vegetable knife and Cleaver out of those starter that's which combination did you like best I'll take you that quick and then go ahead one more maybe the space saer set oh sorry yeah for sure um well instead of paying 1613 for that clemer set the space saer set is 162 on the five pay or 742 in full um and if you got that set today I could still throw in that dealer I know you really liked on top of it for free um and it would make that upgrade in the future cheaper um how does that sound is that something you want to try out on that 162 that would be also a around the same price as that um santoku and peer together that actually would be cheaper if you did the five pay option I believe then just the santoku by itself you're saying yeah I think the santoku is like 178 don't quote me on that I'll tell you the actual price but the space saver on the five pay it is split up into five so obviously you're paying more in total but today it is Che going 162 oh I'm calling you gotch you um and also discounts that set upgrade we talked about be able to give you a few table knives for free in your medium set upgrade that family set yeah I gotta I think I'll probably pass on this for now but you were saying it was so it was 742 and it was 162 on a 5p yeah okay yeah I think I'll pass for now understandable let me show you some individual pieces we'll build something that you like and I'll get you a great deal on it let's talk about five or more your favorite pieces that you saw today I've Got The French Chef santoku on there but is that gonna come down to price or um overall like Knuckles might it might just come down to Features a little bit kind of taking a look at it uh see so was there two different santus or was it just the one the 7 inch there's the 7 inch and then we have a 5 in petite um and this chef and the petite Chef is two inch shorter than the French chef which is the option you said you liked more MH yeah I got you the 7even in sokku is probably I would say that is interesting just like looking at it right here um think what else I'm interested in when it comes down to like beads I would say Like a Knife like that or whether it's the the front Chef or the soku that's like my top the rest of them it's like knives that I probably have already that are still functional I would say for right now like they haven't kind of worn their worn their use yet yeah for sure um I got the peer on there as well do you mind if I make any recommendations after kind of just talking to you about some you did yeah go ahead uh um I know that the trimmer is very versatile I know you said you do a lot of chicken breast it is a great knife for just kind of cubing that up and making it into smaller pieces the petite Carver is also just a great utility knif you can really use on a lot of things I end up using it for you know kind of slicing some uh larger cuts of meats up and then the where was the other one I was going to talk about um really just a few table knives to get your set started is really nice as well um that's really where a lot of the price bulk come from um so a few table knives right off the bat normally can get you rolling pretty good um and since it is just you and your life maybe just a small set of four would be good for you guys yeah I the trimmer was one I kind of forgot about so maybe look at that one too um I don't know about table knives right now but maybe like a maybe the steak knives though yeah for sure we'll look at a set of four steak knives as well where do you want to do we do sets of four eight 12 or 16 typically probably just four yeah for sure um and then that would allow you to have that cheaper obviously in the upgrade um let's go ahead and take a look at that list and I will cut you the best deal I can what I'm thinking right now is a few of the steak knives for free just so that we are kind of on the same page and it's Believe It or Not cheaper to do them individually because they mark up the the price in the sets for uh the gift box so it adds like 10 bucks but if you can save 10 bucks here and there it's going to lead to a lot more ler and then then you want to look at some of the specifics between the sanoku and friend Chef quick oh yeah that'd be great actually yeah so these are all the stuff uh stats I guess for the S 7in sokku um blade is seven in and s in one four um the overall length is about a foot and 34s and then yeah I wish it said how high the knuckle clearance was in compar that's exactly what I was just thinking yeah uh I think the French chef is actually um has higher knuckle clearance that is 174 let me check out that French for you there's an r in French there we go um and then this one has a n and a half inch blade and is 15 and 1/4 overall and is going to I believe be taller I couldn't tell you for sure though actually not you can probably look at it side by side in the complet yeah go in where's it at there go because that 78 toku looks like it has like a a wide amount of like that's what I was just kind of looking at it looks like it's quite wide the the French is over on the left there for sure it's definitely longer I think the santoku is actually longer I mean wider though M yeah it's kind of hard to well I guess the and then if you wanted to get as wide as possible for chapping and dicing the vegetable I Wiest yeah I saw that too I kind of like how the santoku actually is a little more like rounded though so I I like to when I chop vegetables I do a rolling chop I don't go like up and down like a professional does so um I think I'm more interested in the sanoku but I'm just looking at like the two kind of side by side I want to put the santu in for now um just look listening to your kind of thought process throughout loud and stuff it just sounds like that's the better op for you um then trimmer and those steak knives are already in there now I just need to add the pther sweet okay so with all that today I think hold on I actually might be able to do a better deal than I think there we go um oh wait it's because I don't have two of the steak NS in there for free that's why I'm downum sorry about that no problem can't even do that there we go okay so with all that I can give you the trimer and vegetable peeler for free um that would be a total of a total value of $683 you would end up paying $538 in total and leaving your five pay to around 110 a month um so how does that sound what do you think of all those pieces just get an early set on your start on your set and make everything a lot cheaper in the future for you [Music] guys I don't know so I'll be honest I I don't really want to spend over $300 today that's like the kind of the number that I it's it's an arbitrary number because it's just based on you know it always comes down to Value when it comes to price as well so if you can get more value then it makes sense to spend more money but I would say the two that I'm like are actually in this I would I would say what I'm highest on would be getting rid of the steak knives and looking at the santoku the trimmer and the peeler okay so where does that get us to the santoku and I know I can't do a free trimmer anymore uh all right I'd be able to give you the peeler for free still and the sanoku and trimmer would be a total of 266 and the value would be $319 for you guys how does that sound okay so now I have one one more question so going so we were talking about the three sets the um Homemaker family and the complete set so in the family set um it included a trimmer and it included actually both of those top two right in the family set yeah okay gotta you're actually getting the right santoku too because it has the um wait actually before um the family set has the peti San toku now that I think about it before I uh so it's a different size right yeah it's a different knife the larger santoku is in the complete set but let me check something for you because you might be able to just still squeeze it in there oh wait it would be replacing your chef's knife so you would get a smaller slicer um so like all this tells us what pieces can fit in each block this is what's supposed to be there but um in the up upgrade to your family set in the future you would just opt for the santoku instead of the vegetable knife today and I mean instead of the friend Chef so you would actually that in there and it fits in there still um okay and then if you wanted the FR Chef instead the oh wait it actually doesn't never mind I thought the but it doesn't gotta okay so let me ask this for these individual knives and does it come with like a like a case around the knife or does it come with like give you just to buy individual knife yeah um put sheets in and it's gonna up it [Music] to it's just gonna up it to 288 it's like an extra 20 bucks just have yeah no I think it they go it like that so for sure you want to get rolling with this today then yeah yeah I think this looks good I think this kind of gets my and you can probably tell why I was asking about that you know the family set because when I do go to buy that set down the road I I'm kind of focused on covering my primary needs and then we can adjust as we as we go later so yeah this looks good yeah just uh covering needs right now worrying about wants a little bit later yeah sure we're covering a lot of wants right now on the rest of the kitchen or at least some of my wife's once so so yeah trying to manage all the once at the same time yeah for sure um let me think okay and then um if you want me to reach out in the future um maybe this summer talk to you about how the remodels going and all that um or do you want to just reach out to me through my cell because I'll be working this job for the next few years so um you have my information or I can you if that's more convenient yeah I've got your number just so I don't forget maybe put something on your calendar for like three months from now just kind of check in see how things going if uh you know if we've got you know the job done at that point and and completed we'll probably be ready to talk so yeah for sure I'm just gonna put something in there quick just so I you know you know I use the reminders app so I can always oh yeah no I'm I gota do the same thing man oh yeah because I mean once you get to like a few months out it's just so hard to remember things I feel like absolutely sweet all right um well we'll just get you rolling with this today um this will take 45 minutes and we've been here that's right I'm asking too many questions no no worries um sweet all right cookware we have this cookware set it's not nonstick but we do have non-stick options for our fry pans available um it's the steel um there's some pretty neat stuff that goes along with it I'll talk you through it kind of more when we talk about the set in the future because it is of a splash as well um and I could show you the video now but you'll probably forget most of the stuff by then so yeah no no problem smaller set um this as well has the option to split those with h non-stick versions of the fry pans also this is our smallest set plus add-ons we also have a different walk I think we have a five inch deep walk don't quote me on that I'll talk about that um we loop back um we also have flatware and table knives the flatware is garbage disposal proof um we sell individual place settings individual pieces and what a lot of people end up doing is this flatware chest over here comes with 12 place settings of two forks two spoons and a table knife and is just the most best bang for your buck seeing as U you know the individual pieces kind of add up over time um then the gadgets um talked about a few of them earlier wine opener I'd be lying if I said it did anything special it's really just a wine opener will fix if you guys break um can opener has a magnet on the bottom so as soon as you're done opening that up you can set the lid off to a side and pour the ingredients into whatever you're cooking uh we'd also do hunting and sporting knives I know we talked about golf if anyone's talking trash during men's league you can take care of [Laughter] that um but uh I don't know if you hunt or fish at all um do you do any of that yeah I do um all these carry the same forever guarantees as well I'd probably be able to give you one in your set upgrade in the fut future as well for free um if you break it off somehow gutting a deer or anything like that then and send it back to you guys um the old mod of this is ugly as crap by the way um the garden pools I don't know if you wife likes to Garden it all or if you like to oh man no I mean we we've tried to we we've we've attempted and we've failed miserably I gotta then um cut c um just the add-ons really um you'll get a cup board and a sharpener in your set upgrade in the future we also have a barbecue set available and that is our family of pairing knives we've got some pretty unique versions um serf that just some typical things like that and a shears holster but you won't need that because you'll have a spot in your block there you go then uh Wellness mats biggest thing with these is they're made through a partner company um there's a 20-year warranty they put on it also the corners aren't going to come up over time I know that gets really annoying as kind of let get older and uh I'm not going to show you the video either because it's a lady standing on a mat and a dog taking a nap on a mat so then uh the last thing is I don't know if you've ever considered doing Cutco as a business gift or anything like that we'll do pizza Cutters or something like that for clients just to uh um you know have a tax write off um you know obviously the more you do the cheaper it is and uh get pretty cheap once you get up there towards 25 plus pieces uh it's super awesome gift everyone always loves it and then they end up looping back and getting themselves the set in the future once you get them an individual piece there you and uh you can engrave it with uh your your company name and your name as well uh and then this is the last thing first off how do you like my demo how did I do no I think I did good yeah it was uh informative um personable I appreciate you taking taking in you know an hour and 20 minutes to walk me through everything so good I appreciate you giving me some of your time as well sir um well there's one last very important part and this is how you can also really help me out with my goals I get paid every time I show Cutco but I can only show Cutco to people I've been personally recommended to so what I'd love for you to do is go ahead and grab your phone access your contacts and then just let me jot down the first two to 300 names in there yeah I'm uh 10 to 15 would be amazing if you give me five you become a sponsor if you give me 10 you become a double sponsor um kale is my 26th sponsor and do you know Brady daily I don't know all right on um but yeah no once I fill this out I get a free piece of cut go to show off kind of like that spatula spreader I showed you a little bit earlier um not necessarily looking for people who you think would buy just nice people like yourself would be willing to sit down and take a listen um I'd love to make you a sponsor today is there any chance we can get to five you think um I don't know I I was let me give you one for sure will be my uh sister her name is Brianna uh last name is kleene kle i n okay uh phone number 641 373 2090 awesome all right and I'm going to send you a text just to shoot to her or shoot to
