Teacher Contact Information

• Received an email with:
  • Teacher's name and number.
  • Links to get started.
• Save teacher's number to recognize when they call.
• Once activated, access full contact information:
  • Phone number, email, appointment scheduling links, office hours.
• Always leave a message if the teacher is unavailable.

Course Duration and Expectations

• Intended to be completed in 12 weeks.
• Weekly work expectations:
  • Assignments due by Sunday night each week.
  • Late assignments receive zeros but can be replaced with full credit upon completion.
  • Continued missing work may lead to removal from the course.
• 12-week pace chart available:
  • Emailed upon activation.
  • Viewable above the Driver's Ed gradebook.

Grace Period

• Complete weekly work on time with passing grades.
• Must complete assignments through Module 3.5 quiz with passing grades by the end of grace period.
• Failure results in removal from course with option to re-enroll later.
• Academic integrity violations may lead to removal.

Academic Integrity

• Do your own work every time.
• Submit original work specific to each assignment based on course material.
• Violations may lead to reduced grades, zeros, or removal.

Course Navigation

• Access the main menu by clicking the three-line square at the homepage top.
• Gradebook:
  • Track completed and pending assignments.
  • View grades and feedback.
  • Opportunity to correct assignments based on feedback for full credit.
  • Pace chart available to track weekly assignments.
• Lessons:
  • Reading assignments and quizzes.
  • Ensure personal information is accurate for TL SAE certificate.
  • Include last four digits of Social Security Number.

Reading and Quizzes

• Read lessons in full-screen mode by hiding the menu.
• Take notes for better quiz scores.
• End of each section has a short quiz.

Written Assignments and Additional Features

• Follow instructions for written work.
• Use additional icons (glossary, bookmarks, help button, Quick Links).
• Complete and prepare for Discussion-Based Assessment (DBA) using the scheduler link.

Final Exam and Completion

• Complete all retests and corrections before final exam.
• Post-final exam, receive the final grade and TL SAE certificate.
• Links to general knowledge exam or permit test sent via virtual school email.

Activation and Confirmation

• Confirmation password: Mustang.
• Follow instructions in welcome email/text and schedule a welcome call to complete activation.
