Submitting Homework Using Gradescope Mobile App

Downloading the App

• Available for free on the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Log in using a Gradescope-specific password or school credentials (if enabled).

Navigating the App

• Course Selection:
  • View all assignments available for submission in the "Not Submitted" tab.
  • "Submitted" tab displays assignments already submitted.
  • "Graded" tab shows assignments that have been graded.

Submitting Assignments

• Note: Some assignments cannot be submitted via the mobile app; instructions will prompt you to use the Gradescope website.

Steps to Submit Homework

1. Select Assignment:

   • View release and due dates.
   • Download any instructor-provided files by selecting the file name.

2. Submission Options:

   • Scan Handwritten Work:
     • Use phone's camera.
     • Hold phone steady; camera auto-takes photo.
     • Select "Next" to scan additional pages.
     • After scanning all pages, select "Done" to convert to PDF.
   • Upload File:
     • Select a file directly from the device (PDF or image files).

3. Assign Pages to Questions:

   • If required, select "Assign Pages."
   • Choose which questions were answered on each page.
   • Select "Done" to complete assignment submission.

4. Post-submission Actions:

   • Assignment moves to "Submitted" tab.
   • Use the dotted menu to resubmit or view submission details.

Viewing Graded Assignments

• Go to the "Graded" tab to view scores and feedback.
