Lecture Notes: Introduction to Online Learning with Edgenuity

Overview

  • Introduction to online learning for Math 2 and Math 3.
  • This week is a "dry run" to familiarize with the system.
  • Official online learning starts after spring break.

Platform: Edgenuity

  • Website: www.edgenuity.com
  • Login Procedure:
    • Use the format: first.last
    • Default password: 12345 (can be changed later).
    • Possible variation with numbers if names are duplicated.

Course Navigation

  • After logging in, select your class (Math 2 or Math 3).
  • Course is structured in sequential order:
    • Must complete one task to proceed to the next.
    • Example tasks: Warm-up, Instruction, Quiz.

Lessons and Quizzes

  • Lessons might include:
    • Warm-up activities.
    • Instructional videos.
    • Introduction to proofs and other topics.
  • Quizzes:
    • 10 attempts allowed.
