capable man be able to defend yourself be able to cause harm when needed become strong capable of knocking someone out how does someone achieve this idea of becoming a weapon though this will probably tie in with all my other videos on being a dangerous man yet becoming a weapon is different making your body body and yourself a force to be reckoned with is basically what I mean by the end of this video you should have learned how to become a Human Weapon someone capable of winning a war or battle becoming strong all right this sounds pretty basic right bro but what is becoming strong mean I could have put it simply like hit the gym or lift weights anything like that but how do we become strong doing literally what I said lifting weights or working out this is basic self-improvement advice you'd hear from the average self YouTubers that seem to just pop up everywhere now all these people saying self-improvement is their purpose but I digress now normal bodybuilding workouts will not make you weapon no pushpull legs no bro split be honest bro you should be doing a workout routine designed specifically to build a physique that you like and a functional body a lot of people have a misconception that training to fight or training for Combat Sports will make you skinny when in fact it doesn't you can still do compound lists for hypertrophy as an athlete it's not like you have to stick to only heavy lifts and box jumps a lot of Combat Sports athletes do calisthenics Olympic lifts compound lifts some even do isolation work if you want to become a weapon bro the first step is becoming strong if you can go ahead to your local gym and work out a solid 3 to 4 days a week you will start to become a weapon and if you're already doing this props to you you've completed the first step of this video I also think that looking good after going to the gym for a while is not the only thing that makes you like this the confidence boosts and the Boost in energy will get you with the added benefits I recommend doing a full body split or doing an upper lower split for becoming a weapon only because if you get too big or too bulky that takes away from you being dangerous since you can't do much if you're that big but I'm 260 bro what a lot of people also get wrong is that big muscles means that you can fight I saw a video a while ago of some small MMA fighter absolutely beating that bodybuilder ass that he was fighting and don't get me wrong I respect bodybuilders when I started in the gym that was my main goal but being bigger doesn't automatically mean that you are Jon Jones with all that said I think it's only fair to give you a full body workout since just giving you gym advice is too basic so the workout is deadlifts 4 * 6 to 8 reps pull-ups 3 * 6 to 12 reps shoulder press 3 * 6 to 12 reps front squat four time 6 to 15 reps dips three times 6 to 15 reps box jumps three times 5 to 15 reps and Med ball slams three * 5 to 30 reps I mean I would say that's a pretty well-rounded workout with a mix of both calisthenics and weightlifting some Fighters might also train for more Mobility so you might see workouts like the following pull-ups 3 * 6 to 12 pistol squats 4 * 6 to 8 dips 3 * 10 to 15 cross squats 3 * 5 to 15 handstand or Pike push-ups 3 * 6 to 8 deep squat to standing 4 * 10 to 15 and hollow body holds 2 * 30 to 60 seconds this workout here focuses more on mobility and strength and people say that dips and Pike push-ups aren't Mobility exercises right you have to remember that you have the ability to go into a deeper stretch with dips and Pike push-ups you can use the parallettes for handstand push-ups or you can go past 90° for dips the first step to becoming a weapon is to become strong joining a Combat Sports gym or a martial join a kyok shando dojo if you want to become a boxer join a boxing gym again this is just simple advice but people take advice like this for granted a lot of you are probably already working out but you just need that extra push to becoming a more dangerous man finding a place near you that you can train at will make you a weapon bro I'm going to run you through a quick few steps into finding a gym that's right for you the first step is to look on Google Maps and find the gym R Dojo look at the places that aren't too far from you if you can find a place amazing if you look for places that are reasonable distance from you that's good too second step is signing up go and sign up for a free class most places will have a free class or a free month you can try out just go and try out it's up to you third step is going there and being respectful you can walk in all tough but they're just going to break you down as fast as you can leave go in with that white belt mentality ask people questions don't be cocky and arrogant and the fourth and final step is making sure it's a good place for you try many places see what you want some of them may not be a good fit for you that's fine just go and look for a place that's good for you after you have found a place it's time to start training to become a weapon say you joined a kickboxing gym you should train at least two times a week that is the minimum you have to remember if you want to become a good fighter to become a weapon you have to also put in the hours you could run a training routine like the following Monday upper day Tuesday lower in the AM and Muay Thai in the PM Wednesday Muay Thai Thursday upper day Friday lower Saturday Muay Thai and Sunday rest or active recovery that's just an example of schedule and your routine will probably depend on your gym hours so you can switch your days around depending on what you have going on you also have to add in your extra training outside of Muay Thai or MMA you should be doing row work which is running running it will completely benefit everything your cardio like if you're serious about becoming a weapon you need to be doing something like that road work just training a combat sport is going to give you a good base and I would say that also comes with going to the gym nevertheless you need to be doing extra activities to benefit your training if you want to become a weapon the second step is finding a good gym and training there the mindset if you want to become a Human Weapon you need to build a strong mindset on the top of these two Basics simply just doing these won't build a dangerous man a strong mindset will so we must have pillars that make up our mindset resilience emotional control and confidence are three good pillars to start with I struggle with them from time to time so if you find it hard to be confident or find it hard to control your temper that's okay bro because we're all still growing resilience is going to keep you well resilient it's going to help you fight through hard times and not let backlash hate or people in general affect you think of it like you have a shield around you all the enemy arrows are bouncing off that Shield that's resilience to build resilience you have to go through struggle you can't just be resilient if you've lived a life of royalty Hard Times create strong men like the quote goes make yourself struggle the workout is too hard push that extra rep people laugh at you stay resilient stay on your ground emotional control to be completely honest with you this might just be the most important part of this mindset knowing when to turn that valve on is so beneficial to someone wanting to become a weapon having control over your emotions knowing when to release that side of you we all sometimes get mad over things that are just so simple not yelling and in a situation like dropping a glass and it's shattering is a form of emotional control we not screaming at someone that cuts you off on the road to build your emotional control I recommend that you identify the things that make you mad and each time something like that happens breathe from your stomach and just calm down even if it's just someone poking you take a step back for at least a second may be hard at the moment but you'll get used to it confidence when you are confident you become better than everybody else no joke that sounds really egotistical yet it's completely true the man that can walk into a room talk to people around him laugh and make jokes isn't scared of others that guy is the actual weapon everyone knows you are dangerous when you're confident even if you can't fight you still go off that aura of being that guy you have positive aura bro how does a man become more confident first two parts of this video will make you confident they'll make you a confident individual but another thing you can do is if you aren't confident right now you can tell yourself every day 20 times morning
