so this person actually brings a lawsuit they sued Red Bull because when they drank Red Bull they did not grow wings despite the fact that Red Bull's brand and slogan is Red Bull gives you wings that lawsuit got thrown out because it's another example of the reasonable consumer test there is no reasonable consumer out there that actually thought that by drinking Red Bull they were going to get wings that law suit thankfully was tossed out having said that though Red Bull was also sued back in 2014 were being misleading their advertising did give the impression that Red Bull was going to give you more energy than other products like coffee caffeine that marketing was false in that situation a reasonable consumer would have expected to receive the benefit that was being described by Red Bull in their advertising so they actually did have to settle a consumer fraud case for that for $14 million but you Red Bull people out there tell me what you think about this in the comments below
