Configuration Steps

1. Form and PDF Structure

  • Form Template:

    • Application Form Template: Contains business content such as invoice date, product details, and prices (marked in green).

2. Upload and Create

  • Upload Logo:
    • Use the 'Manage Logos' app.
    • Add description and name.
  • Create Footer:
    • Use the 'Manage Texts' app.
    • Select type 'footer' and create texts in multiple languages (English and Dutch).
  • Create Email Template:
    • Modify standard email template based on business requirements.

3. Link and Setup

    • Use 'Customizing Tenet' for linking steps.
    • Link custom email and form templates to object type 'Billing Document'.
  • Define Business Rules:
