Select Processes

Access 'processes' then 'receive and put away'.

Enter order's PO number (found on the pallet's shipping label).
Scanning Items

Scan first item with RF scanner.
Product appears with primary location code.
Key in the quantity carefully and press Enter.
Scanning Nameplate

If prompted, scan license or nameplate.
Nameplate associates product with receiver as its current location.
Double-check entries and press enter.
Completion
:
Process each item similarly.
Press function key + 2 to save entries.
Visit supervisor for system update.
Put-Away Process
Select Movement
:
From processing menu, select 'Individual Bin Movement'.
Initiate with function key + D + A + Enter.
Bin Product Inquiry
:
Arrive at 'Bin Product on Hand inquiry' screen.
Scan product to see primary bin location and quantity.
Deciding Product Location
:
Determine if the product goes to a primary or reserve location.
Select the appropriate bin location.
Moving Product
:
Press clear twice to return, then press Enter.
Scan product again.
Enter quantity and scan nameplate for current location.
Enter new bin location code.
Final Steps
:
Function key + 2 returns to a blank bin location screen.
Repeat process for all items.
Verify received bin is cleared using function key + D + E.
Press clear four times to return to receiving start point.
