Now go ahead and take your pen and paper because in this video I'm going to be showing you exactly our process on how we launched 428 products on Facebook ads which made us a total revenue of $778,000. And yes as you can see in the title we went literally from zero to almost $800,000 in 90 days with this method. And no this didn't consume a lot of time from my end because I have very simple processes and I basically automated almost my whole business at this point. So hope Before we really get into it here's my Shopify dashboard boom refresh so you really believe this well boom another refresh and the revenue that you can see in here is 8 million in Swedish krones because we were selling in Sweden and now for even more proof let's go to the Facebook ads manager boom you can see in here it's loading yeah you can see we spent a total 208k thousand dollars right with the average ROAS of 3.2 you may do the math on which in profit we actually did And yes, I am actually one of the few still in the game there who's on YouTube and still really pulling numbers.
So let's get it. And now you might wonder, what did we exactly sell? Just regular AliExpress fashion products. So this is, for example, one of our winning products that we had.
This is like a sweater or knitter wear. I even forgot what the exact name of it is. And by the way, this is also the exact image that we had on our product page. And also we used as an image ad to scale this. And now here's a second one.
These go as well very hard. And by the way, so you know it. These are like literally screenshots from my Facebook ads manager.
From the creatives that we used to scale to these numbers in only 90 days. And you can see for example, this works very good. Kind of like a carousel. So you have like the black on there.
Red and all the other colors. And here you can see as well some random fashion products. And we print with it.
Crazy, yeah? And of course, I'm not going to show every single product since we launched 428 campaigns, as you can see in the ads manager. Have a look in here. It's crazy, right?
You might now ask, now Farik, what is this way of dropshipping called? Now I call this unorthodox fashion dropshipping. So how does this work?
So first of all, you look for people scaling regular fashion products in any Europe country or in the big five. Second of all, you will open a store in a different country than the person is actually selling. And then on the third step, what you're going to do is you're going to arbitrage these products from the country where the competitor is selling to the country where you're going to sell.
And step four, you're going to use Facebook ads for advertising. And then there's step five, which is the most important one, which is you're going to scale in violence and print in silence. And so to just simply to say it, if somebody sells a shoe in the USA, you take that creative and advertise it and sell it in Germany. And now let me show you this new way of advertising. so you can start scaling in violence and print in silence just like me so first of all that we're gonna do we're gonna open the facebook ads library and i'm gonna show you how i find the competitors who are scaling in markets even though if you're right now as well selling in your markets this method is going to be very helpful for you keep looking so the way that we do it is as follows guys so if you go for example to the ads library just a very simple way to give you a little bit knowledge on how this business model actually works is let's say for example you want to look for competitors in australia right australia ad category all ads i know a lot of people were selling fashion australia they use the word melbourne because it's like the capital city they use it in their ad boom now you can look for example directly in here this person called movo melbourne.com look at this image ad yeah this shit i'm gonna watch this all the time to be honest and you can look for example in here oh yeah 65 in australian dollars they're selling it and yeah one two three items you know the the catching bundles app everybody knows it well and look at the stores right this is like the typical way we also have like our fashion stores for example so these are like the typical products that we would also sell in our stores sandals dresses jackets Whatever right of course it depends on the season right but this is the type of products we would sell why Fashion is evergreen.
It is basically one of the best news in the world to sell I believe it is the best niche, you know and before we get really deep into all the juice I'm the founder of ecom sphere Which is one of the best education companies in e-commerce space for drop shipping and I knew that if I could scale with the simple method i could also teach others so in here in our discord you can see for example a few of the results that we have from our students yesterday at like 6 p.m he posted that he had a revenue of 14 000 right and if you go up as well you have mean he made like a whopping 2.7k revenue and 1.1k in profit you go up again right 900 dollars in profit i can just go and go and go and go and this for example heightsum is one of our coaches and he did around like 90k usd with the strategy i'm about to tell you now i recommend you to join it we only take a maximum of 10 people a week due to the quality and we prefer to maintain the group thank you let's get back directly into the next steps let me pull up the whiteboard right now scaling to these numbers in 90 days will be divided in seven steps and every single step i'm gonna be telling it in detail how we did it and then you can just literally copy paste what we do and go ahead and make money yourself so the first thing that you want to always do and go about is the product research right product research is the most important one and picking the country okay picking Country and now the next thing that you want to focus on which is very important is your shopify store Because I know a lot of people they ask me what kind of shop fight team ready to use Do I need to buy a paid team and how does all of it go, right? I'm gonna be telling you in detail how you need to do it. Exactly third step payment processing I know a lot of people they also like struggle with it So I'm gonna be explaining what kind of pay processing I used in this video and also at the same time i'm gonna also give you guys some nice bonuses keep looking right pain processing whatever and then the fourth step that we have is the fulfillment right because people are gonna be like yo okay nice all this money but who's handing all the orders and right fulfillment don't worry i'm gonna explain everything hz in detail how you can do it right the fifth step so like importing the products right importing products how do you do that very simply because there's like 420 products that we tested in those 90 days right i'm going to explain everything around that step six and obviously we do facebook ads no tiktok pinterest any of those bullshit you know i can totally assume that you're wondering how did this guy even pull this off it's like 209 thousand dollars in ad spend with a 3.2 roas right and then i'm not even talking about roas that is not even calculated and then the seventh step guys is a bonus right you Sorry about the letters.
I'm very bad at writing as you can see, but the bonus is fucking crazy. Keep looking. Step 1. Product research. I know there's a lot of methods you can do product research and this is really my favorite.
So what we usually do is we open the Facebook ads library. And this tool is totally free, right? And the only thing you have to do is pick one of the keywords that I have right here on my screen. You take them and you can just look for them. And then what you want to do is find competitors.
competitors put them all in a sheet and track as well what kind of products they're running and how many ads they're running so there's a lot of spy tools out there i know it but still so far till this day our favorite so far has been right now the facebook ads library you can find so many winning products like that so take these keywords use them and find competitors in specific countries so let's say for example you want to find you know fashion stores let's say for example in germany go to germany i'll ads you can do here berlin because like a capital city and most people they have as well like the berlin that kind that they have like in their um you know like in their store names so what you can basically do is you just go for like one of these very simple words right and if you want to like search for example in germany you know like these winning products or like the competitors what you like usually like to do is you can use those keywords and translate them to the native language Then find it like that if you want to take it like very simple for example Right because I already did it and I as well like found some competitors that I think are very interesting, right? So for example the store here Sophia Melbourne calm, right and we can see here. This is a very nice one I think these guys are pretty much like printing and This is like one of those typical fashion stores that go amazing you know so if you go here for example you can just see like random fashion products right and we really as wallex sell exactly these kinds of products they go very hard you know if you go to the product page it's nothing crazy as well so what a lot of people do as well they have like this closure still method right and this works very good because you put a lot of urgency to people to really buy the particular product right Update due to high demand during winter so only six units are still available at the current price I can also imagine for you right now if you're looking at this video you're gonna be like yo This is just a basic drop shipping shit.
How does this stuff still work because people were probably I'm not really expecting it. I'm going to show some crazy creative testing system or whatever, but there really isn't. This is literally it, you know.
And if you want to know as well, like more about how we do product research, I would suggest you to watch this video right here, because in this video right here, you can see like a long video of how I like literally do product research. But this is one of the methods of product research we always like to do. And that's how we found our winners.
Step number two, the Shopify store. how do we make our stores and now for this store we were using the sense team but i also recommend impulse team so sense and impulse are two of the best teams you can have right now and as i showed you guys as well i would say like soul and sparrow melbourne as well in here sophia melbourne are two very nice stores of shopify teams i would also look maybe this is even the same competitor i don't even know but a big shout out to the head coach of my education company omet he did some research he found these stores and they are printing right now so if you're going to as well like type in their urls on facebook ads library you will see it yourself so for part three payment processing now like obviously the store that you can see this is in sweden and in sweden it's like 99 larna we had i'd say like credit card was probably maybe five percent of the sales and the rest all was clarna you know but you're probably now as well thinking you know what countries should i really enter right now so i would say one of the best countries right now to sell in europe are germany sweden norway uk australia netherlands and belgium and as well denmark but if you're a beginner i can really assume that getting klarna or something is going to be very hard for you so just try to step into a country where it's a lot of credit card payments and some as well paypal for example denmark france uk netherlands belgium is also very nice by the way around like one year one half a year ago if you didn't have the clarna payment method on your store in the netherlands belgium market it will be very hard for you to make profit but nowadays our students are printing there you know and as well again omet i'm referring to him as well back again because he's also an absolute legend he's also doing very nice numbers right now in the dutch market i think like six seven eight kd or something with very nice margins so that is a market i would really recommend to beginners as well right now not even beginners like even us with our general stores we're also active in touch market step four the fulfillment i have only one word for that astro ship now this like 3pl fulfillment company or whatever you want to call it is very good especially for fashion because the people who are also connected to that company are very reliable and experienced with fashion products because you gotta understand if you're gonna start selling fashion products you can't just take any regular supplier because of all the sizes eu sizes chinese sizes us australian uk sizes it's all very differently and to have a supplier who's experienced in that is very important because you can assume with fashion there's always going to be a higher dispute rate than almost any other niche which is normal it's not necessarily because maybe the quality is bad or whatever it may be no it's because of a lot of returns you know so if i would for example buy a t-shirt online Sometimes for me it feels like quite risky, you know, because for example, if I go to the Under Armour, you know, I buy a t-shirt with the size M. But if I go, for example, to Nike, I buy XL.
So this is very weird. I know it. This is why like returns and replacements, they happen a lot.
Maybe, of course, sometimes while I complain, you know, it also happens more with fashion than anything else. So a good fulfillment company who knows their shit, who is very good with dispatch time and you name it, is very, very important. important and if you want to work as well with astroship just go to the description here below you can see a link you can join the discord open a ticket and just start asking them for prices of the products and now the fifth step importing products i know you're gonna think that we do some crazy kind of copywriting dr advertorial sales page actually no the website that you're seeing soul and sparrow no this is not my website but my shop was very very similar you know you Just always very simple. We always love to have like a black add to cart button and in terms of importing the products we would use the app copy go to chat gbt rephrase the whole product page and then just upload them into shopify obviously i don't do that myself it is my team who's doing that if you want to also know more about how we are automating all of our processes i would really recommend you to watch this video as well here i would also put it in description and where you can learn how we have automated our world general stores drop shipping business because it's kind of simple at this point let's be honest this is not rocket science and what is very important by the way for product page is that you always have to have a size chart this person has done very well as well you know You don't need to have any create product page. Just show the product a little bit around, you know, and always have a size chart.
Then you should be fine. And something I forgot to say as well about like the Shopify stores is that we don't like to have any upsells. This guy has it, but we don't like to give any upsells before actually getting the first sale. Because why?
For example, in the US market, if you give a lot of like upsells before the product has been sold. they are more likely to just jump away click off the website because they will maybe get a feeling that this site's like scamming or like not trustworthy and eu they are just like more paranoid than like in the most big five countries and as well the us so this person has it for example but we don't like to do that to be honest you know so what we only have is sweet upsell which is an app that like after the sale they can just add for example the same product for another 40 off Right and just add that to the cart and it will also be deducted from the credit card Which is absolutely amazing because you have already sold the product and you're making extra even more profits Aka you can scale harder aka competitive edge and you just bully everybody out of the market So fucking important and now let's get into the fucking facebook part what everybody's been waiting for now You can see for example in here look at the breakeven row s that we had on all of our campaigns 1.4 1.3 1.6 right and look at the total spend we had for example on the highest campaign 42k yeah with the average row s of 4.8 and 3.6k purchases right and you can do the numbers right 3.2 row s on average and this is in the front end we also have upsells we have email marketing but you saw the revenue already how much we did and i believe I have to pull the whole finance report and stuff as well, but I believe on this store we did around like a 30% profit margin, even after all the returns and shit, right? And the thing is, I don't want to sugarcoat in here and say like, hey, I did like 50% profit margins because that's what you would think if you look at these results.
But you got to understand that Sweden is a market where there's a lot of returns, a lot of disputes and chargebacks. And this is like a big headache in this country. That's why I don't even like to sell so much in Sweden anymore. But still, in the end... after all the refunds and returns we still hit around like 30 profit margin 29 31 something like that so we made good amount of money you know out of the revenue so uh at least six figures he has in profit with only this store in three months and the way that we were testing our campaigns was very simple to be honest so you can see that we always had a cbo with four ad sets engaged shoppers online shopping stack and no interest targeting which is broad and we had only one campaign per product right that's the only thing we had we don't like to over complicate it still just one cbo no advantage plus no cost gaps and we just have seen that you want to basically design your ad account to focus only on one strategy that has been working for us amazing because while facebook they will understand and predict more how you're going to test and scale and they will give you as well better results so cvo 50 four ad sets and we always had two creatives so what we did for example in a lot of times here in terms of the creatives we would look in the german market you know for competitors and we would see if they had like an image ad there with like no text or you name it from like a competitor we will just take the creative because they took the creative from aliexpress anyway we will take it from them as well and set it in sweden right so we didn't even need to do anything and actually even like this product it was the exact same as i showed you guys simple image ad so the first one is like an image ad and the second second one is also image ad but then what we do is we go to Canva.
With Canva AI or with Flare.ai or with Adobe Premiere.ai you can just change the background very simple. So if you will be selling a sandal for example. put some sea or some you know some summer vibes in the back that's pretty much the brother just do that it's enough brother and that works amazing to be honest you will also see that but let's say for example that you saw in the ads library that a competitor from a different country was having a video but it's a different language then what do you do very simple you can use 11 apps or you can just hire like a proofreader and let this person just put like subtitles on the video to be honest the campaigns that we scaled most are image ads because it's video ads most of the times I know on Facebook you can scale a little bit longer but we like to test fast right so with image ads it's easy to find easy to test not a lot of work and just take all those campaigns you know so if you see those 428 campaigns in here that basically It means we tested 428 products and we spent 208k on that and we took home 777k something like that.
I even forgot right now. In terms of how we look at the columns is way different than anybody else and we are kind of like chat scaling in here you know. So you can see the way we do it is we just have very simply the budget, amount spent, link clicks, add to cart, purchases, ROAS and cost per results.
We don't look at anything else. but actually one of the only things we actually really look at is just amount spent link clicks and the ROAS that's like one of the most important things besides that all the other yeah it's like okay you know and i mean add to carts is nice to know because if you know the add to cards like it's high if you spend like 20 or 30 bucks on a campaign and the add to carts are like six seven and you have no sales it probably means there's something going wrong like in the checkout or the price just too high maybe something like that you know that usually happens but you can see for example that amount spent and link clicks are very nice it's almost x2 that means the creatives are bossing you can see that here as well it's almost 24.9k spent and almost 50k clicks 2x almost if you go down a bit as well guys right you can see we tested a bunch of campaigns that just didn't work all right so here for example we spent here 79 bucks 73 clicks Six EtoCards, two purchases, one ROAS. Look at all the failed campaigns in here guys. Look how many failed.
Look, look, look, look, look. Right? If you guys still think I'm like a one-hit wonder, like this is not true at all, you know? And shout out to my brother by the way, you know?
He like operated like these stores like crazy. I was just helping with the strategy, you know? And seeing how we could scale everything harder. And you can just literally see here that a lot of stuff that we were doing in here just literally went wrong. but yeah what can you do about it it's life right but yeah it's still above in here we had some nice winners and we just went on scaling them so the moment right you test a campaign in the first day and it spends 50 so you can see a very nice example what we did with this particular campaign so we spent for example 25 bucks out of the 50 budget in total right in the first day on this campaign and we just saw it had 34 clicks one at the card one one sale you're like yeah this is not gonna be it you already know it right you can just see it already from like a distance that this shit's not gonna work you need way more clicks and you name it that's why we as well like turned the campaign off we didn't spend so much money on it now let me give you as well a very nice example we spent 13 on this campaign we had only four clicks no ad cards nothing we killed it directly because normally if you spend even 12 or 13 bucks You should have at least 25, 30 or even like 40 clicks.
If you don't have that, and the creative already is going wrong, it's going to be very hard to compete with all the other people. So for this reason, like I'm telling you, like we just kill the campaign directly. So in terms of scaling on Facebook, we take it as simple as possible. As I said before, one campaign per product.
If you run a CBO of $50 a day in test budget, which we always do, and it runs profitably for 48 hours, right? You can do the following things. If the profit margin is below 20% or around 20%, I will just try to increase the budget with 20% every 48 hours.
If the profit margin after the campaign is higher than 30% after 48 hours, then I will just double the budget. And you can just keep on increasing, doubling the budget as much as you can, right? And this might sound crazy, but this is literally how we do it, you know? And this is a very nice method on how we scaled as well in this store and what you will see is at some point you try to scale the budget so high that it becomes even maybe at some point like break even or even like a little bit unprofitable and this basically meant that you scale too hard you gotta try to find the sweet spot always you always do that and you can see for example with us even on the end of like running this store like this winning campaign we ran it on 200 this one on 50 this one on 100. and these were like the end budgets so it meant as well that the store and the products the winners are you know they were dying because we were selling them so long you know so they're just part of the game you know and especially in eu countries like sweden this just happens you can't really do so much about it and the way we were testing as well products was usually around like five to ten products a day that was like our sweet spot and obviously we always try to keep as much as possible of the campaigns in one ad account and the reason why we do that is because the ad account gets more optimized the more spent an ad account has on facebook the more as well we see that it's easier to find the winning product you know so this is like a nice competitive edge to be honest and now Since you went through all of this, there's now the seventh, which is the bonus.
Now, what a lot of people always go through with dropshipping, which I noticed, is they have payment processing issues. And don't get me wrong, I also had them a lot back in the days. You know, I even had like some process issues five or six months ago.
But there's something you gotta understand. You always gotta adapt and thrive in this game. right but something that i've been noticing is that it's now like the era of fulfillment and processing all in one so what does this mean if your stripe shopify payments paypal whatever is banned which happens to a lot of the drop shippers you know um you're like pretty much in the middle you're like yo what the hell am i gonna do can i like get out of this now let me tell you yes we can also help you with that like our partners obviously i don't offer the processors or payment process themselves but what's happening these days is that all these chinese suppliers they are opening payment processors which you can use yourself so as long as you fulfill with them they can as well offer you the payment processors and you can still get to drop shipping again this is a very nice way on how you can still get going you know because it's like a horror movie when you are making all this money online and then just at some point you notice like yo all my money is getting on hold my process are getting banned rolling reserves and this is a big headache and that's why again i'm telling you go to description here below you will see that there's a discord link for astro ship you can just open enter the discord open a ticket and then with an astro ship you can get a a good fulfillment and be a good processing in which you can minimize your holds and like big headaches and so you know it we teach all of this and even more in detail in our mentorship and if you're not even scaling to at least 100k a month or you're still unprofitable in all honesty this is just really the place for you to be so if you want to learn more about the mentorship as well you can either send me a dm on instagram at ecom legend or just here in the description the canada link book a call with my team and we're just gonna check if you're qualified enough we have some questions for you and uh to be honest if you're lucky you get in because yeah we can't just take everybody in all the time so anyway that was it peace out and hey subscribe show some love i put a lot of time in this video thank you love
