Setup Instructions

High Pressure Hose Connection

  • Pump Outlet: Locate the anodized male threaded connection and connect the hose clockwise, hand tighten.
  • Gun Inlet: Connect the hose to the anodized connection at the bottom of the gun, turn until resistance is felt.

Garden Hose Connection

  • Water Inlet: Locate the female brass connector and attach the garden hose, tighten until resistance.
  • Important: Ensure water supply is on before starting to avoid damage.

Wand and Spray Tip

  • Wand Attachment: Connect the threaded end of the wand to the gun, turn counterclockwise.
  • Spray Tip Connection: Slide back the collar of the wand, insert the spray tip, release collar to lock.

Power Supply

  • Ensure unit's power switch is off.
  • GFCI: Built-in for safety, press and release test button to ensure light is on.

Purging the Unit

  • Purpose: Remove air from lines.
  • Release trigger safety, press trigger for a steady stream of water, then turn on power switch.

Operation

  • TSS Technology: Motor shuts off when trigger is not engaged.
  • Switching Spray Tips:
    • Engage Safety Lock, change spray tip, disengage Safety Lock.
  • Foam Blaster Connection:
    • Remove wand, attach foam blaster by turning counterclockwise, fill with detergent, apply to dry surface.

Shutdown Process

  • Turn off water supply.
  • Pull trigger to release water pressure.
  • Turn off power switch, unplug unit, and engage Safety Lock.
  • Disconnect hoses and accessories for storage.

Winterization

  • Antifreeze Process:
    • Connect antifreeze canister, press button till fluid exits hose, remove hose from pump inlet.
  • Alternative Process:
    • Disconnect water connections, run unit for a few seconds to clear water, store in non-freezing environment.

Storage Tips

  • Avoid storing near heat sources to prevent drying of internal seals.
