[Music] hello welcome this is Alex mang I'm part of the learning development team with outside agents and I wanted to give you a quick walkthrough of magtap so magtap is the main portal that you'll log into from here you can access all of our other platforms as well once you log in this is going to be your home screen that you see and then up here at the top these orange boxes you can access our learning management system which is where we house our trainings mag CRM which is where you input your bookings mag SOS is our ticketing system for vendor signups and just general questions and my site which is where you customize your website you receive when you sign up with outside agents so for newer Agents come over here to the upper left hand corner hover over new agents and click new agent checklist these are all the necessary First Steps you'd need to take as an agent with outside agents so step one you'll submit some forms to us if you're coming over independently by yourself you'll click this new agent forms link if you're coming over as a sub agent which is an agent underneath another agent you'll click this sub agent forms link once your paperwork is submitted it will take about four to five days to process you'll then have access to the supplier page where you can sign up for vendor accounts start taking their trainings and get to booking two learn the basics these quick start trainings are required for all new agents with outside agents there are four units that go over all of our platforms and how to navigate your way through them then you're welcome to view the basics of booking travel training a guide to Max CRM which will teach you how to input bookings to receive your commissions the ethical agent pledge the fraud prevention training and the introduction to travel law training step three is where you can sign up for your Mentor appointments this first one new agent intro session this is a zoom meeting with our owner Steve maraca it's welcome to all new agents and Steve is in there to answer any questions you guys have this second one schedule a mentoring session this is a one-on-one phone call with one of our mentors so once you've submitted all your new agent paperwork and completed the quick start trainings you'll be able to fill out this Mentor questionnaire form and in turn the mentors will send you their calendar so you can sign up for the right date and time to get on the phone and ask questions this one-on-one phone call is not just for new agents it's also for seasoned agents if you guys need a refresher or just have more questions you're more than welcome to sign up for one of these phone calls step four is setting up your website all new agents with outside agents get their own website with their membership so this guide to mag web training will teach you how to customize and personalize your website and the Odysseus booking engine training will teach you how to navigate and work the booking engine that comes with your website and then down here our platform login tips if you need help logging into your accounts to return to the home page of magtap just come back up here to the upper left
