hello this is Megan from gambling Insider and would you like to introduce yourself hey this is Nichol from open B perfect thank you so much uh let's just jump straight into it the IMG Arena news that was announced on the 1 of February um the IMG would integrate on your bana can you just explain that quickly for anyone who hasn't already heard the news yeah absolutely first of all it's exciting news for us and uh we're really really looking forward to working closely together um I mean it's always been to be uh since the Endeavor uh acquisition open bed was acquired from Endeavor and uh uh it was uh like a natural evolution of our journey uh two companies that are operating uh in the same space having addressing the same audience and um it's uh the next chapter in our journey coming together working closer as businesses and uh bringing Everything Under One Roof so that's all that has been announced in the first of February and we're looking forward to Bringing more and more to the industry perfect thank you so much and um what does this mean from a product perspective for open B yeah absolutely I think uh what it does it expands our portfolio uh we are now in a position to have a vast area of products and services uh to serve our Global customers and partners uh much much more uh deliver more value create more products and Innovation for them so this a perfect opportunity for us to be end to end and uh have uh every single uh element of the value chain that uh uh we touch and uh bring uh innovate together bring products together and basically serve our partners so really looking forward as well sounds really exciting yeah it is so uh just before Christmas IMG secured the exclusive uh rights for the Cricut West Indies so how will these kind of deals integrate with open B yeah what this does is uh it definitely expands the portfolio of official data rights that we have in the industry and the same time it provides the opportunity to build on top secondary products such as deliver pricing Solutions and distribute more content via our platform Solutions so uh everying single data right that uh uh the uh Team acquires it's definitely bolsters uh the products that we offer and gives us the opportunity to offer more propriatary content while at the same time retaining our capability to be open and flexible to other partners so uh expanding our footprint with uh more and more is something that is part of uh had been part of the traditional business we will continue to be part of uh the future business as well and uh it's something that will continue building secondary products on top of which gradually will deliver more and more uh to uh the global industry yeah can you tell us anything about those secondary products well I mean it's no secret that we had been delivering together uh pricing Solutions on top of the official data that uh arena team is uh collecting so it's something that we've been working closely together as part of the Endeavor Banner anyway now all this does is that we will be working much much more closer with more align strategy so it's not not news it's something that will be business as usual but at the same time the Strategic alignment will provide more value and uh will generate more focused and targeted products so a lot of stuff will be around delivering data on top of it pricing on top of it more premium pricing and content but it's more of an nend content proposition yeah nice thank you um you guys obviously hold a lot of digital Sports shares across the US um Canada Australia uh do you see this evolving after this announcement at all yeah I think um this is something that um is part of um you know what the two companies used to both of them had been Global with Footprints across every single region uh the ethos of the open bed Banner will continue to be that so we will continue to double down in our core markets but at the same time expand into Emerging Markets where it makes sense to so uh continue having a global portfolio obviously distribution is now wider uh with by the fact that we now have a more a bigger wider area of customers and that um as a fact will create a much much more global distribution for us so um yes uh is the answer I would expect it to expand uh but at the same time uh it's something that uh will come natural to us because it's something that both strategies have been aligned with yeah perfect thank you and um leading on from that how do you see Elin evolving in this coming year yeah I think it's definitely an exciting year for us uh bringing all those things together is something that we're really excited about um I think the key thing that uh we will be focused the whole year is how can we drive more Partnerships uh more value to the industry by coming together it's not about us coming together but it's how this proposition can create more Innovation to the industry and eventually we're businessto business company and we will continue to be that how can we create and generate more for our partners and customers around the globe so I see a lot of focus this year being around that and not in a very specific product line but across the think and uh you know this is where our Focus will be fast forward 12 months from now would expect us to be in a much much better position having a much stronger and uh wider parns
