Healthy Breakfast Burrito Meal Prep

At 60 grams of protein and only 450 calories, these breakfast burritos are a delicious and easy meal prep idea you can freeze to have healthy breakfast ready for the whole week. Let me show you how to make them. We're going to start out by combining 8 eggs in a bowl, along with half a cup of greek yogurt, garlic salt, fresh chives, mixing it all together, adding to a pan on low heat and slowly scrambling until fully cooked.

Next, we're going to add one pound of ground chicken breast to a pan along with one taco seasoning packet and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. For the sauce, we're going to combine four tablespoons of light mayo, two tablespoons sriracha, and mix it all together until completely smooth. We're going to assemble with a low-calorie tortilla, one-fourth of our eggs, one-fourth of our chicken, quarter cup fat-free cheddar cheese, and sriracha mayo.
