- Phases and Stages:
- Phases for leaders (4 instead of 5 for agents)

- Each phase contains specific stages
- Active Recruit: Expressed interest or referred to leadership
- Appointment: Initial appointment set and held
- Cultivate: An offer made but not committed, fostering the relationship
- Committed: Transition recruit to associate (recruit to associate)
Features within the Pipeline
- Tooltips: Hover over the 'i' icon to understand different phases
- Smart Views:
- Accessible from the dropdown
- Help search and filter specific recruits
- Reorder recruits using 'sort by' (first name, last name, last contacted, projected join date, potential company dollar)
